came here with 4 other of my friends and we got told to wait 15 minutes so we did and when we got our pizza it was thin to the point it was see through and folding and somehow STILL undercooked and raw so after getting halfway home we realized and drove back and brought the pizza in and had them remake it, it appeared cooked when we checked in the store we got home and it was undercooked AGAIN, honestly unacceptable. Then to proceed to lie and say your manager checked and the pizza was cooked?

Almost everyone except the cook just stands around and does nothing. I was told I had to wait on my two pizza order, which was fine. Then, after 10 mins of waiting, I hear one of the people ask if I was waiting for an order, each of them took turns saying I don’t know, them they all giggled about it and went on to continue doing nothing. My order had been ready the whole time, I guess actually checking for it was too much to ask.

Have never had a good experience here, honestly don’t know why I ever bother coming back. There was a miscommunication with the front end and the kitchen so we had to wait for our order- no problem. The issue was that it was sitting in the warmer the whole time and they let it get old. I asked for a manager and was trying to be polite “hey sorry to be that guy, I know you’re busy but we’ve been waiting and the girl up front checked on us but never gave us our food. Now it’s old” Justine, the manager, immediately got an attitude. “Okay well what do you want me to do?” I told her it’s been sitting, so I wanted it remade. She opened up the box and showed it to me to try to convince us to take it- “um it looks fine to me” she said. One of the slices was literally torn up like someone got into it and was just crust. I picked it up and said “that looks fine to you?” And she got huffy and put it in for a remake. The customer service was awful. The girl behind the counter was eating, touching her hair and face, touching food. She couldn’t figure out how to count change and is the reason our food sat there for 30 minutes. The young boy behind the counter was the only one with any sense about him. This place is run like crap. Update: went in to get our remade pizza, and after sitting here for a total of 45 minutes the pizza only JUST got put in the oven. Still standing in line as I type this. Awful.

Everything tasted ok, some of the pizzas were missing cheese leaving bald spots with sauce. I ordered ahead of time so it would be ready on time, but still 12 minutes late.

I really really wish I could put 0 stars. I order little Ceasars all of the time after work. I ordered stuffed crust with banana papers, a stuffed crust pizza with sausages and two orders of cheese bread. I got home tonight with the pizza for my wife to bite into it and chew on a blue used bandaid. I will never come to this place ever again period!!

Crazy bread was literally burnt. And when you order it with extra butter and cheese most of the time you don’t get it that way even when you ask them to be sure they ” heart attacked” it. I double checked this time and the girl was all “yes it is they put it in the oven with your pizza”. They have decent food when you get it fresh but the service just sucks lately. The people working there hate having to get off their phones to do ty their jobs.
