The service at this place was horrific. Everyone that worked there acted like you were bothering them. No smiles, just pure disgust at the fact they have to serve you. Went to get some sweet tea… empty.. since early in the morning according to the sign on it. It took a long time to get our food as well. Went to the bathroom… no toilet paper. It’s not like they were packed… we were the only ones in the entire place dining in. I frequent McDonald’s a lot, and this is the absolute worst one I’ve ever been to. Sad… it’s a really nice looking facility.

Ah yes, dining at McDonald’s… truly the highlight of fine cuisine in our town. From the moment I step inside and hear the sweet symphony of beeping fryers and crying children, I know I’m in for a world-class experience.
The staff always greets me with that special blend of enthusiasm and existential dread that really sets the mood. The fries? Perfectly lukewarm, just the way I like them. And the ice cream machine? Always “temporarily unavailable,” which really builds suspense and keeps me coming back.
My burger had that signature squished-in-the-bag look, which I can only assume is their artisan touch. And let’s not forget the ambiance…nothing says luxury like sticky floors and ketchup packets stuck under your shoe.
Overall: five stars. Because where else can you experience chaos, mystery, and a side of regret for under $10?

Nicole was kinda rude. She stated that she didn’t have any coffee. So I compromised and said okay give me an iced macchiato. She said she didn’t feel like doing that this morning. I said okay mocha frappuccino she said she’s not doing that till like 8:00. She said I had to get like a fountain drink.

Just left there and my son chicken nuggets were soggy and cold. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Not fried at all. Thankfully he noticed prior to eating them.

Worst “fast” (NOT fast) food I have ever had! Store is really nice/updated… only positive thing I have for this location.
I just wanted a regular cheeseburger. It would have been nice if the cheese was melted (not hot) & I had more than four tiny diced onions on it, even though I requested the regular amount. Luckily, I requested extra ketchup packets. Did not help that we had cold fries.
I did not bother to fuss – did not have another 20 mins to wait for fresh “fast” food with no guarantee it would be any better.
Note: no outdoor seating, if, for whatever reason, you decide to eat here!!

We visited this McDonald’s on 10/3 at 11:30pm. The staff was so happy and funny. They appeared to really enjoy their job and the customer service was perfect. GREAT PEOPLE!

Unable to get food at 11:51pm despite being listed as a 24 hour location. I also tried a few months ago before 1am and had the same thing… Had to go to TBell down the road (employee there said they only accept mobile app orders overnight because they have to, and that they chose to block off the drive thru lanes). Not sure what the real story is with the drive thru lanes…why the boards are on,and the lights everywhere,but there’s wet floor cones blocking the lanes. Just super frustrated.

This place is a joke!! Everytime I come in the order is wrong!! You want to raise prices but then shortcut the food you give your customers this is multiple times the fry’s have came like this I pay good money for the food and get half the food for the money!! I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for a long time!! So I know this stems from pore managment in this location and improper training on the staffs part!! Small fry’s for the price of mediums get it together I have pictures but it’s not letting me put them on here

Says it is open 24 hrs but that is clearly false advertising. It’s only 1:26 am and definitely not open. My daughter said the same thing happened to her a few weeks ago at this same location.
