I am extremely disappointed with this place. I drove through the drive through I was asked how they could help and when I said I had a mobile order no response just left there. The wait time was ridiculously long, far beyond what is reasonable, and to make matters worse, when I finally asked about my order, I was told it wasn’t even there. No explanation, no effort to fix the situation, and not once did the server apologize.
She handed me my food and never bothered to respond to me and I drove away.
Customer service was careless and dismissive, like my time didn’t matter at all. A simple “I’m sorry” would have gone a long way, but instead I was met with indifference.
If you value your time or basic customer service, I would think twice before ordering from here. Pizza isn’t worth being treated like an inconvenience.

The speaker system didnt work, but other than that I found the experience quiet pleasant. The staff was courteous and kind and I showed up at 10:30. On top of that I ordered 12 pizzas. So I give this establishment a higher rating based on that criteria. Pizzas were awesome as usual.

I go to pick up an order at little caesars on Grand n Greenwood. I approached the window n asked for Caleb n Norma’s order. The employee told me that Caleb’s order was ready n waiting to be picked up. I verbally verified with the girl before I even took it, that this is the complete order here n she said yes n I asked can I verify it n move on to the next order, Norma’s order, she said yes n I’m going to get the Mtn dews now. I did so I verified the order n accepted it per instructed by her, But in turn the girl comes back n says oh well I’m sorry we don’t have Mtn dew all we have is Pepsi n Dr pepper. Mind you I’ve already accepted this order n picked it up so I cannot alter, substitute, or refund anything it in. The only thing I can do is contact the customer. there’s a good chance they don’t answer n see if they want something else. Around the same time another employee chimed in with her LM saying that you can’t talk to my employees that way n I said what way ?, in a Stern voice n I reminded her I didn’t cuss I didn’t use profanities I didn’t belittle anybody I just called her on her mistake n yours n obviously her feelings got hurt that’s what it truly boils down to. If you would have just verified that you did or did not have said items before telling me that it was completed, there would never have been a situation whatsoever. But that was not the case, noone there would take fault noone there would accept what they said was in fact false. So I did exactly what the lady told me to do I contacted the customer n I didn’t get a response so now how am I supposed to ask about a drink if I can’t even get a hold of the customer. Then the lady rebuttals back n you do know that that girl is a minor n I’m like okay again I did not cuss I did not scream I did not yell I did not belittle I said in a Stern voice why did you tell me it was completed n ready to be picked up, when in fact it was not ? Again her feelings got hurt because I responded in a Stern voice. Mind you I have a 7-year-old a 13 year old a 19 year old n a 20 year old. I do not scream at them I do not yell at them I do not use profanities or vulgarity in any way shape or form, but I do speak to them in a Stern voice n call them on their Bull n also speak to them in that same Stern voice when I have to repeat myself for the idk time. I’m not one to coddle anybody, facts don’t have feelings. Fact the matter is, the girl messed up. she didn’t verify the completion of the order n intern I called her on it she didn’t like it n the rest of the flock in there got their feathers ruffled n then before you know it they were all trying to rally against me. every single time I go in there to get an order the employees there, maybe one or two tell the truth n are respectful, the rest lie every single time. How hard would it be just to say hey, that order ain’t going to hit the oven for 5 more minutes so maybe 15-20 mins for that order or hey it’s still in the oven at least 10 more mins no I always get just a couple more mins few more mins couple more mins few more mins that’s what I always get n it’s Bull bcuz it’s never just a couple more mins it’s never just a few more mins it’s like 10 more mins n then they get mad at me for coming back n asking on the time that you told me it was going to be done. So don’t get mad when I call you on your Bull, regardless if you’re an adult or a minor if you’re there to do a job, do the job. if you can’t do it leave n let someone else capable of doing it, do it. It’s funny how she said that I have an issue every time I go up there, talk about someone being a bold-faced liar, no I don’t have an issue. I have an issue with people’s Bull n lying about the time. Whats really crazy about the whole thing is after everything was said n done the lady even tried to apologize after saying all the stuff she said. I don’t want to hear your shallow Bull apology, all I want is what I originally came for, the 2 orders. The LM employee’s feelings even got hurt when I said listen I don’t want to hear anything from you except here’s the orders.

The workers yelled at my fiance because he drove to park after they told him to wait 10 minutes, and kept arguing about whether or not they told him to park. Like.. you want me to stay in the drive thru for 10 minutes with people behind us?

A manager mouthing off in front of my child due to another employee is not ok,, stop worrying about what another employee is doing with their discount and make sure your doing everything correctly cause doing this was not it specially coming from a leadership role, there was way more professional ways to do this even for a fast food establishment. Food was great otherwise.

These people said :We don’t have any hot n readys available. It will take 15 minutes to cook”. So we said okay and ordered a more expensive pizza….and it still took 15 minutes to walk out with the order. Do better.

Maybe if they stop trying to hit on people and get customers numbers, the orders will go a lot faster. Waited over 20 minutes just for 2 pizzas that was supposed to be “hot n ready”

i get it…cardboard pizza its probably hot inside that little building…parking lot is tore up homeless people every where but if youre gonna charge the price you are compared to what it was a few years ago…at least spread the toppings out

I’m not even sure where to begin with how messed up this thing is. This was supposed to be 1 pizza, but its like they made 2(both wrong) then realized their mistake and tossed everything on top. It’s not even cut properly. If you move the massive pile of toppings, you can see that the pizza was cooked before they added what should’ve been under the cheese. Trying to eat this before our concert was a bad idea. $18 for this…yikes. I’ll stick with Casey’s pizza from now on.
