I went to this establishment today and I paid with cash. My total was $7.12. I gave her a $20 bill with .12 cents she gives me back $12.88. I explain to her that I gave her the $.12 cents already so she should have gave me back $13 but she refuses to listen and tells me that I’m wrong. When I first pulled up, she was flicking flower out of her nails which I didn’t care for but still decided to order a ready made pizza. A van full of hungry kids When we got the pizza home, the crust was so hard and you could tell that the pizza had been sitting for a while.

Got a pretzel crust pizza and that’s definitely not pretzel crust. Just regular crust… which if I knew we would have ordered regular stuffed crust. I also got extra pepperoni and there is not extra pepperoni on it. We also only got 3 cheesy bread sticks. I don’t think we will be returning

I ordered a pepperoni in the drive thru. I was told it would take 15 minutes. After approximately 20 minutes I went inside to wait an additional 5 minutes. On the way I walked passed broken glass in front of the entrance to the store. I was charged for an extra most bestest and received a regular pepperoni. I questioned the lady who took my order and presented her with my receipt. She did not speak English very well but basically said sorry. I will not be dining here again in the future.

Decided to get Little Caesars today for a quick pizza because it used to be very good for a fast food pizza chain. The cheese pizza with extra cheese barely had cheese on it, the veggies and meat on my other pizza was extremely sparce and the crazy bread was hard with no flavor. Not to mention the store is dirty. Will not go back.

She finally came over told her my name and order number, got my pizzas and drink, was going to ask a question about the drink, she completely ignored me, didn’t acknowledge me or thank me.

I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes and no one ever answered, so I went inside to order giving them the benefit of the doubt. I waited for another 5, Two workers made eye contact with me 3 different times, no other customers were in the store. They both were putting things in the hot and ready, one of them definitely could have taken my order. I’m on a limited lunch break and wasted half of to not be helped. I ended up leaving and going else where. I definitely won’t be back. The little Caesar’s in tontitown is much nicer, and the service is great.

There’s only like 2-3 people working at a time when I go here, they’re ALWAYS fast and kind. I get the feeling ppl aren’t very nice to them because they tell me I’m the nicest customer who comes in there. Plot twist: I’m not that kind, I’m respectful tho. I travel 20 minutes to go to this location specifically. Great job ladies❤️

I’ve always liked little Caesar’s but this location consistently churns out complete garbage. I’ve been a few times the last few years and the drive thru still doesn’t work. I have low standards for cheap pizza but this place still doesn’t meet them.
