They screwed up my order and old me I couldn’t get a refund or my correct order unless I came back up with the order they gave me. I had already told them I had to use an Uber to get there and was not ordering another Uber to correct THEIR mistake…All I wanted was to try the freaking pretzel crust for my birthday.

It was been a little while since I have had Little Caesars. I really wanted to love it again. The bread sticks weren’t cooked all the way through but the pizza was good. The service could have been better. Drive thru to get ready made pizza shouldn’t have taken as long as it did.

My online order took 45 mins. I was at the store when it was supposed to be ready. We received cold pizzas, 1 burnt, 1 with no sauce and cold, and burnt crazy bread. Bad customer service there too.

Hot n Ready’s were exactly that, Hot and Ready. Both pizzas were excellent (sausage and pepperoni). Only “issue” we had was the Crazy Bread was a little hard. And that’s splitting hairs.

I went to this establishment today and I paid with cash. My total was $7.12. I gave her a $20 bill with .12 cents she gives me back $12.88. I explain to her that I gave her the $.12 cents already so she should have gave me back $13 but she refuses to listen and tells me that I’m wrong. When I first pulled up, she was flicking flower out of her nails which I didn’t care for but still decided to order a ready made pizza. A van full of hungry kids When we got the pizza home, the crust was so hard and you could tell that the pizza had been sitting for a while.

When we ordered cheese bread and cheese puffs, we sat for 36 minutes. We went in and the order was wrong and they told us that it would be an 30 min to an hour wait. This is the worst service we have had from this place. Manager never spoke to us. People ordering online got their orders immediately saw multiple others going in with receipts as well.
