Their kiosk never works. They always have music playing. I feel that it distracts the workers from doing their job. They never have anything HOT AND READY. You usually have to sit and wait quite awhile. Hilltop is way better!

The service at this Little Caesars used to be great — food has always been solid and most employees are respectful. However, things have gone downhill fast. There’s a younger female employee who is consistently rude and unprofessional on multiple visits. I’ve even seen customers storm out because of how they were treated.
On top of that, the last few times I’ve been in, there’s been loud vulgar music playing in the background, which just makes the atmosphere worse. The pizza is still good, but the service and environment have declined so badly that I hesitate to return. This location needs to get things back on track before more loyal customers walk away.

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks online to pickup At 6:22. I showed up at 6:21. Waited 10 minutes at the drive through and they forgot I was there, asked my name again and left for another 5. They seen me again and asked me to pull to the side to wait. I tried asking how much longer and the window was shut in my face. Sat there waving my hand around and finally got someone attention. They told me about another 10 minutes. Got my an alert that my pizza was done at 6:50. Didn’t get my pizza until 7:02. Got the pizza Luke warm. Not cold but definitely not fresh at all.

There was only 1 sausage on each slice of pizza. The pizzas I got was like rubber and cold and wasn’t cut. Pizza taste like it has been sitting for 4 to 6 hours and we tried to tell the employees there about the pizza but nothing got done. We won’t be back there. Employees seem rude.

Ugh, ordered on the app for a specific pickup time. Got there during the scheduled time, person at the counter said it would be 5 minutes. Cool, we can wait a few minutes for fresh pizza. Fifteen minutes later, after hearing the kitchen shouting and messing around we ask if our pizza is going to come out. They don’t know where our order was. It was literally one pizza and they couldn’t manage that.

Chain pizzeria located in the middle of town in Jonesboro. The pizza is cheap so if you are catering to a large crowd or party, the pizzas can come in handy. They use a mix of mozzarella and muenster cheeses in their pizza which my kids don’t prefer. It isn’t a bad spot to get a pizza but there are better ones, in my opinion.

We found a fake fingernail in our pizza and my kid was the one that bit down on it. Beyond aggravating. Considering legal action. Sickened is an understatement. Do not eat here. I called them and the worker admitted losing her nail “probably using the cheese grater”. They don’t wear gloves. I have it recorded. Very disgusted and angry. When that happens to your kid you want retribution!

Dude, this place is actually terrible and needs to be closed down. I used to love it but it has really gone down hill. I have gave it a few benefits of the doubt and every time I am disappointed. Like 30 minutes ago I went in and got a pepperoni pizza. I took a little bite and look over and there’s this large hair.
