Changed names and they must have changed recipes too. Frozen pizza tastes better than this cardboard. You know it’s bad when kids don’t want to eat it. Pizza was bland. Crust bland. Barely any cheese. This will be our last time here. We are big fans of Frank and Al’s and we will be going there instead.

Service was great. Very friendly people. Wish them luck. Hope they make the necessary adjustments but we have decided to go elsewhere from now on. Make your changes or you will continue to have one and done customers. I learned my lesson.

This restaurant is on the low side of OK. We were greeted, but surprised when pizzaria changed names

When I asked for a water, I was told there is no complementary water that water cost the same amount as soda or we could purchase a bottled water. I was told that drinks were self serve.

Husband asked for chef salad, but it’s unavailable. Husband asked for thousand Island dressing for another salad, but its unavailable husband asked about gluten-free pizza, but waitress was not enthusiastic. Husband .

Husband settled and applying cheese pizza. The pizza was very bland and very plain. I had chicken Marcella again, salty bland, and plain.

Our final Observation was that a convenience fee is charged for any credit cards.

This restaurant is one and done. I’ll Try it again when it changes hands.

This is our fifth time at this unassuming small restaurant pizzeria. The pastas are excellent and service is wonderful. Really pleasant people that make you smile and feel like you’re home. Very reasonable in price. Overall, a great Experience for the whole family!

My wife and I had a great pizza experience today at St Lucie West Pizzeria. We were headed to a pho place for lunch when we saw their sign on their building as we were waiting at a light. We had discussed pizza earlier in the day and decided on the spot to give St. Lucie West Pizzeria a try. And we’re so glad we did. We had a great wiff of cooked pizza as we got out of the car and were greeted by Omar, the manager, and Andy, our server. when we entered the restaurant. We were promptly seated and after looking over the menu orded a pizza, salad and drinks. Andy took great care of us, promptly refilling our drinks and bringing the fresh salad quickly as our appetizer. And while we ate it, the people sitting next to us mentioned serveral times to Omar how much they loved the crusr of their pizza. We agreed with them when our pizza arrived. It was cooked exactly as ordered (we like it a little well done) and had a great cheese blend and toppings. Excellent all around. St. Luce West Pizzeria was a fantastic choice and we will visit again for a great meal whenever we are in the area.

Pizza was overcooked and taste somewhat burnt. I understand I ordered a special promo but it looks like they do not care to make their normal quality for discount deals. I have ordered a couple times when they were Frank and Al’s Pizza but now that they have changed their name seems like they changed the way they make their pizza. First two orders were great but this time poor and disappointing. Contact customer support for assistance and was told they said “that the pizzas were cooked as they always do, unfortunaetly they could not authorize anything for the order”. Overall, disappointing pizza and poor resolution.

We have been here several times and this place does not disappoint! We moved from NY to Florida 3 years ago and since then we have been in search of the perfect pizza! We found it! Last night we enjoyed the white pizza with ricotta and spinach. The crust was golden brown and crispy, not too thin or too crisp. The ricotta, spinach, garlic and cheese were in perfect proportions. The service was excellent! I highly recommend trying this delicious pizza! I can’t wait to go back for more!

Came here cause was in mood for pizza my regular place is in the opposite direction. I didnt know F&A was no longer there. The pizza was over cooked the cheese was super chewy, so was the crust barely any sauce and the flavor was not it. The only thing positive was the person who took my order was nice and pizza wasnt oily and the crust was crispy but still over cooked. F& A was not my favorite but don’t remember it tasting like this. So not sire if its different owners but this was not it. Wont come back here.

YUM! This place is a wonderful neighborhood gem with great food, great staff, and a warm fuzzy vibe. The pizza is outstanding and the salad so fresh and crisp. The entire staff makes you feel like family and that you really matter. I gave 5 stars for “Atmosphere” even though some may disagree with me. But you just gotta love it — it makes you smile, as does everything else about this place. Can’t wait to go back!

I placed an order for take out and the woman who answered was very efficient, knowledgable of the menu, & patient as I made a quick swap of sides from her suggestion. Unfortunately when I got home, I realized I wasn’t given one of the entrees I ordered- the eggplant lasagna. I know people do that kind of stuff all the time – get take out and claim they didn’t get their stuff, but that is not me. So, I called and kindly explained I did not receive one of my entrees & after a brief hold, the same woman who took my order graciously said they’ll make another one and they’ll have it ready for me. When I got it back home, I opened the take out and could not believe the size of my entree. Not only did they rectify the missing entree, they blessed me abundantly with a huge portion that was enough for dinner and lunch (bigger than my hand) & it was delicious!
Best eggplant lasagna I’ve ever had & if you haven’t tried their wings, you are missing out!

No longer Frank & Al’s, that’s for sure! Quality of food is very different. Purchased calamari (not worth the price paid), got mostly air with refried, burnt, and double greased pieces. Thought they were burnt onion rings.
Manager is not the friendliest; questioned why it took a few hours to eat it. (Didn’t realize take-out had to be eaten within a certain time frame.) Besides that, she claimed the calamari is fried in clean oil every time & weighed after frying to explain pricing. Not a fan of paying for grease. Do not recommend.
