Blytheville Lil Ceasars is straight up trash now. Stuffed cheesy bread sticks were unfit to eat. Very soggy and wet tasted not done. Even the pizza box was messy. And their pizza puffs was nasty and one was flat. Avoid this location they don’t care about their food or customer service

Went through drive thru bad service acted like she didn’t want to take order went to window and asked for extra garlic sauce and Parmesan cheese on my crazy bread got home the crazy bread was old and no extra nothing we quit going because of the pizza it had been 6 months sense we went there thought we would give it another try just with the crazy bread and then this happened well we’re done just going to stick with pizza hut

We love Little Caesars, (or used to), it was around 6 pm, we ordered 2 of the specials that were hanging on the wall of the store. We were told those aren’t available anymore. (So, take them down then). Settled for whatever pizza was in the warmer; took back to our hotel. It was cold and nasty. We had traveled, (drove) 14 hours this day. We typically stop in Blytheville on our way to Alabama. We won’t ever stop here again. When my husband asked for a receipt, the worker copped an even worse attitude. I failed to mention she was on her phone when we walked in. Sorry to bother you, rest assured, we won’t be back.

Negative stars should be a better option for this place. Ordered delivery, when the driver got to me he informed me that they where out of the cookie dough brownie, I said ok. Checked my bank account and was charged the full amount (not pending)and no refund. Tried to call but it rings once and hangs up. Went to the location and the woman called someone and then gave me $4 cash. First of all the cost of the brownie was $4.89 and on top of that I had to pay all the taxes that went into that as well that I did not get back. I do not understand the business practices this place does as to any other business would have refunded me with the proper dollar amount, including all taxes. I highly do not recommend ordering from this location ever. I will be reaching out to corporate in regards to this experience.

3 workers tonight, and they were swamped. At such a good $, it’s expected. All 3 employees were polite & professional. The young man working drive-thru & counter did apologize for delays. Pizza was as ordered and fresh and hot. I will be back!

Both pizzas I ordered were undercooked and did not have the correct toppings on them, the crazy bread was completely raw and inedible. The young lady at the window was pleasant, no complaints there. just $40 worth of food we could not eat..

Very disrespectful ! All of the employees were on their phones. waited 30 minutes for two “Hot and Ready” pizzas while nobody was working. everyone was talking and on their phones. manager was rude as well. do not recommend if you’re expecting decent customer service.

Employees were loud and using profanity in the back. The girl at the register was as sweet and kind as she could be. Ordered a pizza. I asked for a crispy crust. Waited 15 minutes, and I only got the pizza. It tasted good but was soggy.
