I bought a pizza and they were wrong as a customer , someone’s order was not given to the right person and there my order was delayed for getting out of that confusion problem quickly, they did not cook my pizza well the meat was raw , it had a lot of oil mixed with water the dough became watered and ugly , I think I never go to this establishment again .bad experience. I hope I do not get sick.

I received excellent customer service. I first called the store and was assisted graciously. I had to order online and pick up was fast and easy. In store service was just as great as on the phone. I asked for a recommendation in drink choice and I was not disappointed. Overall great service for a Saturday night.

I ordered two orders of crazy bread. I did it store pick up (because I know how this location is and that’s the only way to guarantee you’ll walk away with something decent) but conveniently the lobby was closed and the drive thru was the only option. Not only was my order not ready until almost an hour from my order being placed , but my crazy bread ended up being pizza dough with garlic butter.
UPDATE:
I was an idiot and ordered two more crazy beads tonight and I was just asking let down. I was given a 24 estimate wait …40 minutes later I was told they were going to start working on my order (only takes 7 mins to bake). I leave the store with 5 pieces of bread the size of my fingers ,and they are DROWNED in butter and in all a full on mess .

They never answer the phone. Home office will not correct an order so you must call the place of business to have anything corrected. Do not recommend this location.

One star isn’t low enough. They were drive through only. Nothing hot and ready. Had to order online in the drive through. My cheese sticks didn’t come with marinara and the garlic butter I paid for they were out of. Pretty sure my cheese pizza wasn’t an extra most bestest like I ordered either. What a joke. Their phone was turned off and when the girl came to the window the first time she had her back turned to me. To say that I’m furious is an understatement. If this wasn’t a review I’d be cussing.

Pizza is ok for the price. I actually went back for Ultimate Supreme. It was ok but can be better. I recall 7 years ago, their pizzas were better. Getting back after those years, I was curious how they are now. I could have given them a 4 star then but this week, 2-stars will do. I was disappointed that the sign said Open but when I got in, I was told the counter is closed. Only drive thru. Their door should be closed if counter is not open anyway. I just went to another nearby pizza place.

The staff is so rude, look unkempt, unorganized, unprofessional. Always using profanity. Had to tell someone wash their hands after taking an order and then going to make food. Honestly the health department needs to pay them a visit! The back area is NEVER ORGANIZED OR WIPED DOWN. I will not be coming to this location anymore, I’ll drive all the way to Cantrell.
