We love five guys and usually have no problem with our order. I ordered through the app and went to the store to pick it up. When I walked in I checked to see if my order was ready. It wasn’t but they knew I was waiting. Then a few orders for people who came after me were ready I checked again and they had shelved it. I checked the bag because we had a large order. My burger was completely missing. They wanted me to check my bag for my burger ( it was a lettuce wrap). They had never made it. We then waited 15 minutes for my burger to be made. But then the other burgers were getting cold. The guy handed me my burger and said sorry for the wait. The manager never said sorry or offered anything to make up for their mistake. I was very disappointed with the service.

Clean and great service. Nice people at the restaurant and quick food delivery. Everything just as we asked for. The peanuts are not as readily available as they had once been belittling sounds like it’s a protection for peanut allergies. Although fries are 100% fries in peanut oil. Burgers were great and so were the fries. Located in the Fred Meyer parking lot off 172 and Sunnyside Rd. Good parking but very busy at the lunch hour with several other lunch places in the same strip mall.

Great service. Was greeted and helped immediately upon entering. Food was done fast. I could tell the ppl on shift take pride in the work they do every day. Refreshing to see in a world of apathetic ppl. We’ll be back!

Overall it was a friendly, attentive staff, with the food being presented in loose packaging and packed into one bag with the french fries scattered throughout the bag.
To be more specific, I ordered 2 milkshakes which were both flavorless and very thin. Also, they did not look appetizing and 5 minutes after recieving the flavorless milk shakes, I tasted it and was dissapointed with it lack of flavor and overall presentation.
I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich with tomatoes and pickles, this item was also dissapointing as the cheese had not been melted and it was cold but the tomatoes and pickles looked fresh and of high quality.
I ordered the large fries which had a ton of seasoning, they were room temperature and were just tossed in the bag with only a handful in a paper cup at the bottom of the bag.
I ordered 2 cheeseburgers 1 with Bacon and 1 without. The one with bacon was cooked appropriatly and had high quality fresh sliced jalapano in it which tasted grilled (delicious). The burger without bacon tasted overcooked on both patties, but the vegetables tasted fresh and were of high quality.
In the end, most burgers were eaten except for a bit of the patty of the one without bacon (I was hungry.) The fries ended up being half eaten because again, I was hungry and so was my partner but the seasoning was too much. One Milkshake was consumed and the other was thrown out after suffering through a few gulps.
Unfortunatly, even though the staff was friendly and attentive, I will not be going back to any Five Guys because this experiance has made me sour upon the food.

The music was blasting in the restaurant. Could it even hear them calling out the orders? Then, the person taking the money from the register. Wearing his gloves and then sneezing in his hand and then going back to making burgers and not changing his gloves is not a good

Best service I’ve gotten in awhile, even with a 30 minute wait time, but it was worth it. Everything was spot from the burgers, fries, shakes. I don’t have the name of the 3 that were cooking away behind the grill tonight but I appreciate the hard work, dedication, and upbeat attitudes while being slammed with orders. Mgr One all I got for names

Five Guys…its a place for burgers and peanut oil fried French fries and milk shakes. I love the lean fat quality of the burger meat and the fact that several toppings can be grilled to add that great flavor. The downside is they use the Worst/lowest quantity Franz buns that fall apart halfway thru eating a burger (and I eat plenty fast!) As well as the horrible Kraft singles style “cheeze” (term used loosely here) that I refuse to have on my burger. The bacon is legit and overall, the burgers are always prepared consistently and very edibly, however…the best things they serve are their milk shakes and their fries, in that order.
