Tell me why the manager made me sit and wait for my pizza when it was clearly sitting in the pizza warmer with my name on it right behind the counter? This is the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced. She proceeded to snorkel tell me it was gonna be five minutes, wait for my food and then went back to her conversation with her friend. Miss you don’t have the right to withhold somebody’s product when it’s been paid for. This needs to be addressed by management or corporate for real.

I’ve been here 5 times and it’s about 50/50 on quality this time around I got a little extra and the personal pizza was cooked well. Last time it was undercooked and doughy. The staff is nice, the location is bad.
Also be careful with the app, I ordered with promos and got charged full price using “pay at store” little sneaky there just pay ahead.

Every time I order from here they do a crappy job! The pizza will not be fully cooked through, the crust is thin and falling apart, and they slop the toppings on carelessly and unevenly. It is so bad it seems intentional in my opinion. I keep thinking it’s just a fluke I got a bad pizza but now my 5th time ordering a nasty disappointing pizza…. please don’t waste your money here! I tried giving them multiple chances and more than I should have I admit.

I have ordered several pizzas from this location. Instead of getting marinara, I like buffalo on one and barbecue on the other. Other than once in all of my orders has my pizza come with the sauce on the pizza.
The marinara comes on the pizza, so if you sub the sauce should it not be on the pizza? Regardless the past times I have at least received the 2 different sauces on the side including the 1 time it was on the pizza. It is what it is, at least I have it.
Well this order came with 2 of the same sauce on the side. So I finally had enough so I politely called.
All I asked was how can I resolve this, if there is too many toppings, should I call after using the app, did I need to specify.
Because the manager decided to argue with me;
“That there was sauce on there.
Inform me that they put extra sauce on the side. That in the future I needed to order on the app then call in the order.”
So I figured I would share the proof.

Manager on duty was nice enough to replace my pizza, after the style was made wrong. Unfortunately, the original pizza looks a thousand times better than my replacement. There’s hardly any cheese and there’s 5pieces of bacon. Maybe it’s a sign that I need to stop eating out and make my own pizzas at home
