I given this place the benefit of doubt but their service isn’t worth the dry overcooked pizza they sell. Have ordered for the last time from this location. A cheap frozen pizza from grocery store would have been better than their sorry food. Ordered extra cheese pepperoni pizza and got hardly any cheese or sauce. They don’t pay attention to orders but sure charge for it. Too much playing and not enough doing their responsibilities.

Why quote 5-10 minutes on some wings and I arrive and you haven’t even started them? That’s so weird and frustrating considering it’s a slow Tuesday night. I’ve been quoted 5 additional minutes after arriving and it’s already past that.

The clerk on drive thru was very nice and he even made us some cheese bread so close to closing time I wish ALL customer service had this man’s attitude. I was really shock at his mannerisms and when I was trying to figure out what to order since he had no cheesy bread ready he offered other bread and cheese items. Thank you to our drive through guy also for offering and actually delivering the order to my truck even going back in to get the receipt after I inquired if it was with the food.

Update: Took 37min in total, both iyems from the got and ready list… Came through the drive thru, was told 12min for my order…. It has now been 30min and I’m still waiting. When asking about my food, was told would be a few min. That was 10min ago…. They keep bringing out pizza to people that ordered after me.

The whole reason I love this location is because they made a change in management and staff and every since then it been booming and they ain’t miss or mess up on a pizza or Customer Service is been amazing and I pray for big blessings and expansion for this location
