I love this place. My family and I have become regulars. I see them clean frequently whenever we come and the employees are always helpful and welcoming. The chairs they have here are so cute and this shop has made Southaven so much better. One of the best places Desoto county has to offer! I hope they’re here for the long run. Very wonderful in all aspects.

This place is absolutely spotless and the atmosphere Is welcoming. There’s so many flavors of ice cream to choose from and everything I’ve had is fresh and delicious! I’ve been twice in the past 2 weeks and wish I’d come sooner. The fruit that goes into the ice cream is being sliced right in front of you as they prepare your order. They really put the finishing touches on whatever you order. Fresh and delicious with wonderful customer service!

I think I’m going to need to treat myself once a week all summer because everything looks delicious. Arrived during a slow period and seen the place being cleaned even though it was already clean. Nothing is sticky, nothing was out of place and it stayed that way with customers in and out. They have Popsicles, drinks, ice cream, crepes, etc. Tables and chairs are the cutest I’ve seen, check out my video and pictures. They have a Dubai desert in three different variations! Yes, they allow you to sample something. I sampled the Dubai dessert and didn’t care for it and purchased Ferrero ice cream instead. Decided on sitting there to eat and take in the vibe. I picked my favorite type of ice cream chair and table and let my inner child loose. While eating my ice cream I watched as customers came in and out, how the staff changed their gloves EVERY TIME, and continued to clean up when it’s already clean. Top notch professional business with a smile. I love it and will be back!

It was good. But the experience was odd. There is a sign that tells you what is available but it really doesn’t list options. There really isn’t a menu, and there are no prices.
There are all kinds of options that I didn’t understand.
The ice cream is good, but different than I would say traditional American ice cream.

Disappointing experience with the elote. The corn wasn’t drained properly, completely altering the flavor profile from the traditional Spanish style elote I’m used to when I travel. The mayo and cheese weren’t layered twice either, which further deviated from authentic expectations. The result was a soggy mess that lacked the rich flavors I crave. Honestly, I could’ve replicated this at home, but with better results.

Take your time and experience the ice cream flavors. I could not decide. The texture of the ice cream was new to me. I decided on nachos with a lot of jalapenos. I got a ‘rabanada de pastel,” which means slice of cake in Spanish. The cake is soaked in milk. I ate half. I paired the other half with pineapple from home. The food taste good. Southhaven is just a busy venue. I encourage you to try this business.
