Really gross food. UNDERCOOKED. Do not order. It made me sick. Also forgot my Diet Coke and blue cheese that I paid for. Gross restaurant, I’m sure other areas are good but this one doesn’t keep up with hygiene. When I called about the undercooked food I was waiting for over 25 minutes. It ended up hanging up. They serve raw gross food don’t order be safe and hygienic!

Do NOT order from this Wingstop! Horrible & rude customer service. Waited for 2 1/2 hours for my food with DoorDash because Wingstop has no in house process service to verify pick up and they claim someone stole my order but yet it took them 50 minutes to make my order the 2nd time for the 2nd DoorDash driver even after I spoke to the manager Martha and Neeana and asked for them to RUSH my 2nd order & manager hung up on me.

First of all the service sucks waited 25min just to order. Then I was able to order Worst Wing Stop I ever had My fries was burn couldn’t eat them the Chicken was Horrible Greasey fatty some had Feathers on them No Seasoning at all and I ask for them we’ll well done Extra seasoning I wasted my money in there Today 3/25/25. I Will Never Eat Nothing from this Wing Stop Ever Again

I ordered in the cashier then I come back hoping it’s ready only to find out it was given to someone else (stolen). Order was a girl’s name yet it was handed to 2 guys, staff should’ve asked for a receipt of proof like usual. Snow Storm ended up picking up harder while waiting for the extra 35 mins for my order to be remade, leaving me to drive in that terrible weather and struggling a lot to get out of the parking and driving. She didn’t even apologize.
