We tried ordering online for delivery and it said it had problems with the website not taking card and said to call the store after we tried to apply card. As soon as we called we were answered by a” hello” I tried to explain to the worker about the website but he then gave the phone to the manager and after I explained he didn’t really help so I said we wanted an order for pickup instead and he did assure us that it was busy and it would be a 45 min wait and when I tried talking to my friend about the wait time after I told them I’d put them on hold within one minute they hung up on us. I love little Caesar’s because they are cheap and good but that was kind of rude. We did not get a call back either.

I got exactly what I wanted! Thin crust pizza is hard to get here. It was just right. Nice and crispy and stood up to the toppings very well! Very well done!

Just to find it raw and not eatable . Calling the store isn’t a help cos no one answers the phone . Going back isn’t a option cos I was on lunch break . Needless to say that’s not the first bad experience in that store.

I ordered on the App. I did not realized I had ordered from the wrong location. I contacted the location and asked if i could cancel. The manager told me it could not be canceled. I explained to her that I was in a different location and could not pick it up. She told me she was sorry but the order was too big to cancel. I called a friend that lived in the area and told him to go pick it up that he could have it since they would not let me cancel. When he got there the manager said that they had sold the pizza and would have to cancel. I noticed on my credit card that i was still charged for the order. I called the store and they told me they canceled it to call the customer service number. I called the number and customer service said they don’t have a cancel request. I went back and forth between the store and customer service asking them if they would speak to each other and work this out internally with no help and never being resolved.

Pulled up and placed a “hot-n-ready” to go order at the drive thru.. not to go into any detail but the young lady that helped me saw me through as I was having issues with my bank and my cards.. she went above and beyond that’s for sure. I wish I would have got her name. I intend on going back and letting her know and show her my appreciation…
