I went to the store on 10/16/25 @5:30PM. You had 2 employees. One was on his personal talking to his girl while having his headset on. I ask for a dozen of donuts. There was no glaze… the was barely any options. So I took several old fashion.. whatever you had left. I got home ate an old fashion and it was old and hard. When I try another they were all the same way. I paid for 12 old donuts. I will never spend my money at this location. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!

Went there today to make an order and number 1 they had absolutely none of what I wanted, no pumpkin munchkins, no pumpkin cold foam, no cereal milk. Number 2 as I proceeded to change my order the person taking the order in drive thru had the worse attitude, you can’t be mad with the customer if you don’t have the product and the order has to be changed! Then the person at the window gives me my order & the coffee is disgusting and wrong. They didn’t put a single drop of cream in my coffee after I ordered extra cream!! Needless to say I will drive an extra mile to go to another Dunkin from here on out! Way to start a Monday right!

Horrible service. They could care less. I ordered a caramel iced latte and just received latte no cream or caramel drizzle. I asked oh you would need to order a “Signature latte” omg. Seriously. Every other Dublin puts cream & drizzle. Plus I paid 6.51 for latte & one donut. It’s all about the service and I won’t be going back to this place!!!!

Ever since new management took over and renovated, the Wait is always at least 20 – 30 min at this store and staff is not up too par. Today I Waited 31 minutes for 2 items to be made and there was only 1 person in front of me. Cheese was not even melted. My egg melts were thrown in a bag where everywhere else I have them in a little paper tray. Not going back, I’m always late when I go there and today was my last time ordering there.

i asked for a bagel with cream cheese with bacon and when she came out with the food it was on a croissant so i went back and said they got my food wrong and i told her what i wanted again then when she gave it to me there was no cream cheese on the sandwich..how u get the order wrong twice ??

Truth is I never tried the food so I can’t critique the quality or taste, but that is because I left prior to ordering due to the delay in staff to take my order and the way the lady was treating the guy that was working. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to him and he was very polite.

I have to say for a small Dunkin donuts I had some of the worst service I’ve ever had and the many years have gone feed lots of Dunkin donuts that did not get my order right the service was really slow it was very disappointing all around for the 1st time I have to tell you the most disappointing experiences ever had I hope somebody in management reads this and understands you guys can do a lot better I don’t know what the mistakes or what was going on in that store but you have to fix it the sooner the better

I’ve been living around this Dunkin for about six months now and to me is the worst Dunkin in Tamarac, never seen a Dunkin with so much people and such slow service. I use my mobile app as a walk-in and I still have to wait long, I go through the drive-through even worse, best chance to get your food ASAP is through the cashier, coffees never taste the same, and I always get the same one. They need to stop laughing with each other and get to work.
