I am a frequent Little Caesars Delivery app customer which I don’t have to be because this store is literally across the street from my house. Usually I love that fact because the delivery is really quick. However, I have ordered $70 orders twice this week because my Autistic son won’t eat anything besides, pepperoni pizza but he takes off the pepperoni. However, both times the pizza was doughy like it wasn’t cooked all the way and it was heavy with sauce and cheese that when you lift out a piece it literally falls apart. Then I switched up and ordered Supreme pizza for my big kids and it looked like a Supremely Burnt Vegetable pizza with the same thin uncooked doughy bottom and it fell apart also! My son LOVES your pizza and he refused to touch it after the first bite! I spent $79.99 today so I would have an easy fun night with my kids and not have to cook. However, NOW it’s RUINED Thanks! So now I WASTED $80 and now I will still have to cook dinner tonight! I tried to call Customer Service but CONVENIENTLY they are closed on the WEEKENDS!!! Hmmm…………! I’m going to share pics of the $80 wasted mess they called pizzas today!! So…I think that I will NOT be a customer of yours anymore because SADLY I am a faithful customer of yours and I would THINK that you would have someone CUSTOMERS could call in times like this to allow you to TRY and MAKE IT RIGHT??? BUT NOPE GOODBYE!!! ♀️ ✌

This is my favorite Little Caesar location. Between four of us at my household we probably visit once a week weather for family dinner or lunch break. The pizza has been cooked to perfection all but one time, but they apologized and made things right with us as customers. We’ve never been told anything longer than 15 minutes and our pizza is always ready within the time and is very hot and fresh! Crazy bread is normally the best although sometimes, not too often, we get a bag of it that isn’t as big and fluffy but they still have the best crazy bread in my opinion. The employees are always friendly and acknowledge us when we walk in so much that if I park in the front I’ll let my children go in and pick up the pizza and they really love it! Great location on the saw and Willow!

Cheap, tasty, and convenient. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of, and it’s close to the campus and highway for quick access. As far as Little Caesar’s goes, this looks like your typical chain: small, orange, and okay in cleanliness. Doors swing in and out, which is helpful if you’re carrying several boxes.
For pickups and online deliveries, the Pizza Portal is located on the customer’s right side of the counter, no employee interaction required. My orders were accurate and the pizzas hot and tasty. I made an online order that notified me of its preparation in a timely fashion.
Do keep in mind that they don’t have the little plastic tables to prevent pizza from getting smushed or sliding around, so take care when transporting your pies. They also made a slightly uneven cut of one pizza, but hey, larger and smaller slices for those who want them.

I ordered an extra most bestest back in July 2023 and when I got home there was hardly any pepperonis on the pizza. I called the location and spoke with a gentleman named Eric and he explained why that was and offered a remake of the pizza at my convenience. I ordered the remake today and I have to say it was a 10/10 this time around. I want to thank this whole team at the Shaw and willow location!

Now this is a perfect pizza. It’s cheesy, right amount of pepperoni, and the bread is nice n thick and not burnt, but just the right amount of crisp to it! I don’t mind the way they cut it either because it’s just the right size slices for my kids and myself. The smaller to medium slices for them and the bigger slices for muah! The wait is never long here unless you special order a pizza pie. The breadsticks are always bomb too and my kids are always requesting them, so don’t forget the breadsticks (original)! The customer service here is not that bad as well, not bad at all. Usually dudes attend me here, so good job guys.
