Extremely rude staff. My pepperoni cheese bread was just regular cheese bread that was already in the warmer… they just took it out and added pepperoni and put it back in the oven. So it came out over cooked and tasted horrible. I know this pizza chain is not marketing themselves as premium high grade pizza, but I’ve had tons better service and food from them at other locations. Best to avoid this location entirely and go to a different one where the young people do not hate their jobs and take it out on the customers.

We used to get great service/pizza till a few months ago. I’m not sure what happened. The last 2 times I’ve been there I have waited in the drive thru window for more than 10 mins before anyone even said anything. I understand they can get busy but just don’t keep walking by like I’m not there. The guy behind me left. The one time we went there around 830 service was horrible and the pizza was burnt and seemed like it had been in the warmer all night.

Worst location to get a pizza. Bad service, the pizza there is not worth the $5. Would go to any other location but the page location. I gave it 3 different chances just because its so close to my house but I will be going to st johns they make a good pizza and they have the ability to cut the pizza. At 7:30 pm you can get a regular pepperoni but can’t get the special extra one. They said they are out well that makes no sense. So I will tell everyone to go to a different one. Thanks for the worst service, and pizza I have ever had. You did that well.

Called in my order to be picked up in 30min. had to wait another 20-25 min. when I got there. When I got home my pizza looked like & tasted like cardboard. It wasn’t cut either, looked like they attempted but didn’t get the job done.

Pizzas not done. Had to finish cooking them at home. I thought only papa Murphy’s did this?? Out of bacon and nearly out of pepperoni AND cheese? Not real impressed. Kid behind the counter was a little quirky, but very nice. He seems to have made cutting pizza into an interesting dance. Neat kid. Kid in the back cooking was thoroughly inconvenienced by customers making orders. Maybe he was just having a rough day. I’m sure they were slammed being the day before a holiday

A Friday night go to you for my family. The staff was friendly and efficient. They always let me know that my deep dish request will take longer than the usual $5 order for the hot and ready. When I choose to sit in my car in the parking lot they deliver it to me! I appreciate all they do. 🙂

There was a line in the drive through when I got there. I decided I didn’t want to wait in line, so I parked and decided to go in. When I get to the door it’s locked. I knock on the door and the employee behind the counter yells to use the drive through. I called the customer service line to let them know the store is turning away customers. She takes my name and number and says she will let the franchise owner know and that he should call me. I leave and the line still had not moved. I decided to order pizza from Pizza Hut down the street.

When the right people are working the pizzas and service are great but sometimes you have to watch the other workers if you order something like extra cheese other extra toppings. You may not get your pizza because it gets so busy. Otherwise best pizza on page. Pizza Hut doesn’t even have crust in Overland. Tried 5 consecutive times to order a pizza at Pizza Hut and every time they were out of crust . Don’t you think you would order more crust?
