We order online and go inside for pickup (believe me, it’s the most efficient way for everyone and the best way to avoid getting stuck in the drive thru). PLUS picking up is often a bit cheaper with online DEALS! Food is always fresh and hot and service is amazing. Today we picked up when the owner Steve was working! It’s not often we catch him on the job (owning so many stores spreads the time at each thin) but It was pretty cool that he took a moment to speak to my 8 year old son whose dream is to own a Little Caesar’s when he’s older. Thanks for that moment!

Foods always ready fast, ordered just now and they told me 8 minute wait which was totally cool. I walked outside and waited in the car and they hand delivered it outside to me in 7 minutes. Appreciate yall fr!

It is never hot and ready you always have to wait every single time even if you are the only person there, or right when they open, or anytime!! I go to get quick pizza but you wait the same time if not more than if you were to go somewhere that is custom and made to order.

Food was good. Service not so good. I ordered ahead. When I pulled up to the drive thru, I waited at least 10 minutes for the car in front of me to receive their order. When I pulled up to the window, the guy just stared at me until I offered him my info to pick up my order. He didn’t acknowledge that I said anything. All he did was slide the window closed and walked away. He reappeared about 5 minutes later. Never said a word. Just shoved the food through the window and said “bye”. Food was good as usual, but customer service needs a lot of work. I won’t order from this location again because of my customer service experience.

Every Little Caesars, you go to says hot and ready. That is never the case. I have never walked into a little Caesar’s and got a hot and ready pizza I went in and asked what they had ready. They said nothing. They sold every single solitary thing they had through the drive through is what they told me. please discontinue your commercial saying hot and ready.Because that is never the case. Especially at lunchtime

First time at this location. Used to work for Little Caesars in STL, was my first job, but these teens were definitely not trained on customer service. When asking if they had certain items that weren’t shown on the menu, they just automatically rang it up. I had to clarify multiple times that I just asked if they had that item, but they responded with, “do you want it or not?” Not knowing what toppings I’d want or anything. The communication was definitely off. So, I ordered a pretzel pizza and a Detroit style pizza. Once I got home, pretzel pizza wasn’t even cut and they sprinkled the salt all over the pizza not even on the crust. Tried to cut it, but after the first bite I was already grossed out by the saltiness. Then tried the deep dish, the middle was doughy and the sauce didn’t taste like their signature sauce. It’s like they added too much water or something to it, wasn’t right at all. I’m never going back to this location, it was just awful all around. Parking lots so tight, almost had drivers hit me the entire time I was there. Once I got to the drive thru window, had to wait over 10min for someone to come to the window just for them to ask me what I ordered. Then after repeating my order, they had me pay and send me to park at the front of the building just to wait 10 more minutes. Customer service, parking lot, food (looks and taste) was all awful… I’m sorry but please train better employees

The new thin crust pizza is pretty good. But if you ask for extra cheese you should be able to see AND taste the extra cheese. I could NOT. I asked for extra cheese, but it sure didn’t look and taste like extra cheese was on it.
