I ordered one pizza and showed up early. I was informed that the pizza needed a little more time about 7 to 8 minutes. I sat at the second window as instructed for an additional 20 minutes before I finally decided to go in and check, and they had forgotten I was waiting. In all fairness, I probably should’ve went to inside and checked sooner, but they appeared busy and I didn’t want to be that guy. But workers literally have to cross that second window to go into the freezer and I watch them do that four times. I couldn’t get anybody’s attention. Just bad service.

Wish I could give zero stars. This location seems to mess up my order every time I go there and I have been patient over the last 7 months but tonight I’m fuming. You mess up my order and have to remake it and I get it home and there is like 5 grains of salt on my pretzel crust. This location is always busy and I’ve been understanding so far, but after ALREADY messing up my pizza once, why would you send it out with no salt on my crust. This place needs some re-training and better management. Absolutely a circus in there.

I ordered ahead on the app. The window worker was polite and quick to help me. My pizza was done in the estimated time and ready for me to pick up when I arrived. The only complaint is that the pizza was not cut all the way through on the bottom part of the crust. But, for quick and cheap pizza, I’m not too worried about that. It tasted good, and the kids were satisfied, so that’s a net positive!

I ordered ahead on the app and arrived during the pickup time frame. I was told my pizza was still in the oven, no big deal. I customized the pizza with extra sauce and other toppings. It was very apparent when I got the pizza that the toppings were added to a ready pizza, and it was put back in the oven. The pizza was very dry and overcooked with almost no sauce. We’ve gotten pizza here multiple times. It’s ridiculous to have to physically watch them to make sure you actually get a fresh pizza. If someone orders a fresh pizza, make it fresh.

I ordered a thin crust beef pizza with extra sauce and they got my order not just right but perfect. We all know different locations do things differently and I highly recommend this location. The guy at the window had amazing customer service and I even went back the following day because how pleased I was!!

Ordered online. Pickup In store. Got there. Stood In line for 10 min. Waited all that time while the guy at counter took 4 drive thru orders and neglected 10 other customers inside. Finally came my turn and he said your pizza is in the portal sir which it was not supposed to be. Otherwise i would have had a code. They did not care they opened the portal and i got the order. Total cluster not staffed correctly and slow. This is ridiculous and I will be waiting for someone from corporate to contact me about this. This seems to be a continuous situation at this location as I have had issues before.

I ordered a mushroom with extra mushroom and apparently this is what they considered extra…. My Hawaiian pizza has a heck of a lot more on it then the mushroom does. Freaking ridiculous to get charged and not get it.

I really like this place. However this last time I visited 4 men were working. They never came to the drive thru window. I had to pull back to the other window to get their attention. The sausage pizza barely had any sausage on it. The cheese pizza appeared to have been flipped over because the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. Horrible! The boxes had not been dropped or turned over after purchase.
