I go here every Friday but after being stiffed on cheese two weeks in a row. Also I ordered a pretzel crust what I got was a regular crust pizza that someone sprinkled salt all over which is disgusting. I get the same thing every week I know the difference. I won’t be back.

Had problems with internet connectivity and accidentally placed an online order twice. Tried to call the store immediately to let them know that this was an accident and to cancel the second order. Store answered and said that there was only one order placed, not two. Since the store said there was only one order placed, we figured everything was all good then but when checking our bank account, there were two charges. Called the store again just to be safe because we didn’t want to be charged twice over a misunderstanding that we tried to amend right away. Some guy picked up the phone and basically just kept saying “We already took care of this problem” but wasn’t listening when I was trying to tell him I was charged twice. Then the phone went silent for a second and he said “oh, I guess there are actually two orders.” Then he said “hang on” and then I was handed to a manager by the name of April. She then told me that since both orders were already made that I wasn’t allowed to get a refund and that I had to call Little Caesars customer service to do so. I felt like this was unfair since I called right away to try and get the second order cancelled before the store even had a chance to start preparing it. They instead denied that there was even a second order in the first place until I called the second time, which was when they admitted that there really was a duplicate order. I called Little Caesars customer service that same day and there was no answer. Left a voicemail to receive a call back and for the next 5 days I never got a call. Had to call them again today and they finally answered and agreed to give me a full refund. Both of the staff members I talked to on the phone were very rude and impatient with me. And refused to give me a refund over a simple mistake that I did my best to fix.

Shocked. Two weeks ago I asked for a sausage and cheese to go. Got home, they had given me a cheese only. I stopped today with the upc from the box and a photo. Wanted to get a sausage and get the difference from the last little ceasers mistake. Counter person: you should have called within a week. What? The franchise owner and the company CEO would not have recommended that approach with a customer.

So I had originally called Papa Johns to get pizza that could be delivered. But PJ now uses a call center instead of local store employees to answer the phone which was a terrible headache. PJ also wanted over $50 for 2 pizzas and a cookie……

Two simple things kept the experience from being 5 stars. The pizza was not sliced all the way through. The crazy bread and sauce weren’t loaded into the pickup bin when I was notified about the pizza (being ready). Luckily, the team member working the register quickly remedied the missing items.

I order 2 pizza, bread sticks to be picked up. When I got home which is at most a 10 minute drive from the restaurant and opened my pizzas they were cold and soggy. This was my first time ordering from them. I won’t be ordering again.
