They closed 2 hours early at 9PM on a Saturday 4th July weekend without warning and had placed a mobile order at 10PM. There were several customers waiting outside for their pickups and ruined everyone’s weekend. I can literally see everyone’s orders sitting in the vending machine. My recent visit was not pleasant to say the least. There is something wrong with management because this was not the first time and is a frequent problem there.

Went in last month…I ordered online ..got there and pizza wasn’t ready. The tracking system was disabled. The guy said the pizza will be ready in another 10 minutes. Came back and he said it wasn’t ready. Said he couldn’t say when it would be. He said they were busy But he was just standing there Tal guy with dreadlocks Today …the tracking system was down again. The same guy said it would be awhile. Omg…sad! And he’s just standing there!!!

I wanted to give a huge shout out to the woman working the front counter. I didn’t catch her name but she had snake bites and she was most wonderful person ever. I came in for a DoorDash delivery and while there was a huge weight due to the dinner rush she was on top of every customer that came in. And she handled an escalated customer very very well. She even apologized for the customer due to the cuss words my daughter her. She deserves a raise!

Been here a few times in the past couple months and everytime so far has been a lovely experience! Ordered stuffed crust pretzel crust tonight and I danced with every bite I took. The workers have been amazing lately and I will definitely keep coming back.

Crazy bread made fresh yet it broke one of my teeth and was hard as a rock. 100% uneditable and then tried to say they were just made. Go in and ask for a new batch and they said any lighter and they would’ve been considered raw. Never had an issue with the food from the one in machesney park until now. Staff was extremely rude and had an attitude when dealing with a complaint and then proceeded to complain loudly about how “people these days are so ignorant and don’t know how hard fast food work is”
