I ordered Crazy Bread got home and that was Raw.. not fully cooked order stuffed Crust pizza had lil to no cheese inside the crust. And to top it all off the pizzas where burn. This isnt the first time the pizzas suck. This place is trash do not recommend it.

I haven’t been here in a long time but had a taste for pizza. This location is close to the office so I gave them another try. I ordered the Detroit style pizza that come with the cheese sticks. The wait was 15 minutes but it was worth it. It was hot and and ready and when I came back in the store to pick it up, the gentleman had it ready for me. His customer service was great. When I got there, there were five people waiting. He handed everyone their pizzas and took my order. He was very polite and greeted me with a smile. I’ll definitely be back again soon.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This has to be the WORST little cesear I’ve ever been too. The girl (boy) that’s always wearing the red skull cap at the register is super rude and has NO customer service experience whatsoever. Every time I order through the app I end up showing up for them just to tell me that it will be 10 more minutes and those 10 minutes ALWAYS end up turning into 40+ more minutes. What is the point on ordering ahead of time if they make you wait even longer after your scheduled pick up time and on top of that they lie to your face and make up pathetic excuses on why your food still isn’t ready. Shocked how the complete staff that works in the night still has a job there.

The moment I took the first bite, I realized something was seriously wrong again. The pizza was completely dry, with barely any sauce at all. It was basically cheese and toppings baked onto lightly sauced dough. This makes seven consecutive failed pizzas from different locations.

It shouldn’t be difficult to make a standard pizza: put sauce on the dough, add cheese, add pepperoni, sausage, bacon, bake it, cut it, and box it. That’s all I’m asking for — consistency and quality.

At this point, I’m extremely disappointed and honestly confused why this keeps happening.

How do I I give a zero. Place order order waited 30 mins then said ready, went in they are short staff, and said was not ready. Waited 30 mins, placed was packed and everyone was waiting 40 mins for food. No hot n ready even there. Two people came in saying the app says food ready. So I said mine says same thing. They said the order was lost. So I stood there for 30 mins to find out they lost my order and when I asked for a refund took 10 mins to even get that. Already contacted corporate.

I’m really disappointed with my recent order. I paid for four garlic butter sauces and didn’t receive any. When I called the store, I was told they had run out, but no one contacted me, and I was still charged for them. I had to call myself to even find that out.

Additionally, the way my food was packaged was concerning. The wings were handed to me in unsealed containers, not bagged or secured in any way. Anyone could have opened them. That’s not how customers should receive their food.

What made this experience worse was the customer service. The employee I spoke with was dismissive and rude. I was told “it’s only $2,” as if that makes it acceptable. It may only be $2 to the store, but it’s still money I worked for and paid for something I didn’t receive.

Eventually I was told I could “just grab sauces next time,” but that shouldn’t require multiple holds and attitude to resolve. This situation could have been handled much better.

I hope management addresses both the service and communication issues moving forward.

I ordered six pizzas for A senior living facility (30 seniors)I called five hours ahead of time cause we served Dinner at 4 . I was assured that one of the Would be made with no cheese because of allergies and all the pizzas will be cut into squares. The pizza has arrived, but the odor is totally wrong. I called the store asked for the store manager the young man who picked up the phone asked me that I have any proof, I have proof, but then he hung up on me. We order out for the seniors and use the restaurants in the community, but with this experience, we would never be ordering from Little Caesars again, and I would like for someone to contact me as soon as possible… your Workers are very rude and don’t know how to conduct business… also the Pizzas are burnt

This little Caesars used to be decent. Service has gone to crap. I ordered on the app at 4:55pm on a Tuesday night. The app said it was in the oven at 4:59pm. I arrive at 5:27 to pick it up (mind you the app said it would be ready by 5:18pm) and they said “it is in the oven and it would be 8 more minutes. Everyone who was waiting (as pictured) ordered ahead of time and was told 10 minutes. Absolutely terrible. Go to the Romeoville Little Caesars and save yourself a headache.

Only downfall is once the pizza goes cold it is hard to save. Learned only throwing it back in the oven for a few minutes saves it.
Other than that all there pizzas are amazing and crazy bread too! 5 stars overall very satisfied.
