This place was perfect for us. Quiet atmosphere, friendly people, and excellent food. I like to eat small meals, and I had the Mini Don with Tofu, rice and kimchi sauce—it was a nice small dish with great flavors. We share the seaweed salad, it was incredible. My kids order the sashimi, nice size fish. To finish off, they brought a free passion fruit dessert – that was a nice surprise, my favor dessert so far in the area, something different, light and delish! Highly recommended!

My wife and I went to Mimoto Naples with our friends recently, and we were completely blown away.
For lunch on Saturday and ordered a variety of items, including the preset menus and some other dishes, and guess what? The food was absolutely delicious, and every single person in our group was delighted with their meal. In addition to the fantastic food, the restaurant’s atmosphere was wonderful and made for a truly enjoyable experience.
We are fully committed to revisiting and will be back again soon. I want to express my gratitude to the chef for their exceptional professionalism and the high-quality food!

BEST sushi in naples!! It’s so fresh. It’s a little more expensive, but I think it’s worth it. The rolls are bigger and you can taste the quality and love! The sake is great. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. It feels homey yet simple and clean. I will be back again and again! PS make a reservation! Try and sit at the sushi bar 🙂

I really enjoyed my meal at Mimoto Naples! Every dish was excellent, with incredible flavors and beautiful presentation that showed real care. The staff were so nice and friendly, making the whole experience feel welcoming and seamless. Plus, the ambiance was nice and quiet, it was the perfect setting to just relax and truly enjoy the food.

Small place, 8 tables and few counter seats, great decor. Sushi is fresh from Japan. Rolls are delicious, sushi and sashimi bluefin are the best in Naples. Service is good but short staffed sometimes.

Best fish i’ve had in the area! My boyfriend and I are impressed. I grew up in asia and recently visited Japan and this place did not disappoint. The inside is small and intimate so highly recommend reserving! They also have an outdoor searing area. It’s nice because the chef can focus on creating the delicious meals. However, service could be improved. Our server was very nice but:
-she was clearing our plates even before we were done (meals were expensive and i wanted to finish every last piece) and she did it twice.
-we had to get up to pay our bill because she never came back and we were sitting for quite some time waiting

Outstanding!! This quaint and well decorated spot has it all. I was seated at the bar within minutes of entering. I love a hamachi and this hamachi yuzu butter is EXACTLY that. This hamachi is top grade and melts in you mouth. Just a hint of yuzu and a crispy topping balances it out perfectly. The Leichi martini is beyond. Smooth and balance and just a hint of sweetness. Now the main event, the sushi roll, king of speedway was fantastic. The fish was, again, so fresh it melted in your mouth. The roll was perfectly balanced and seasoned. Mimoto is an absolute treasure.

As soon as we came in after walking through the back door entrance of the really nice landscaped area, I notice right away the pungent smell of fish it was extremely bad to where I did not want to eat there anymore but my boyfriend said let’s try it. As as we came in the carpet was spongy and wet which made me think that they could not update it after Hurricane Ian that flooded that area. From the floor- up was very nicely decorated. Besides the language barrier the service was, just okay. The pricing was very high for two people with no drinks ordered but the food was superb! My salad was $16 and the appetizer is $16 and very very small portions for the price. The roles for 26 and 28 dollars and they were on the smaller side, only five pieces but delish! Presentation an A+. All in all with prices they need to replace a carpet!

The experience wasn’t what I expected. While the service was great and the menu offers a good selection, the sushi was very disappointing. I’m a big fan of nigiri and quite picky about freshness. I ordered two hand rolls and six pieces of nigiri but couldn’t finish them because the fish tasted overly fishy and thick. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it.
