Went to this restaurant with our whole family. It took us about 20 minutes to get seated. And that was OK. Cause it was a little busy. The waitress took forever to come to our table. And after about 45 minutes. We finally had our drinks. While we were ordering the waitress just gave attitude looks to one in our party because they were asking for a configuration of wings that they did not do. So instead of just saying “the policy is this way” she just got everyone confused. We had asked for some house chips and that they not be cooked too crispy. After a while she brought them back to us, two pans- one crispy and one almost raw, floating in grease and said “This is the best we can do” with attitude. We couldn’t eat this and had had had it with this waitress because of the attitude and also because people who were seated after us by this point were already eating and about to leave and we just got our chips. So we took the chips to the bar to show the person up there and ask to speak with a manager. The manager fill in came to our table, he was a cook but was filling in because the manager was not there. As I was trying to explain it to him, she came up, butted in, was arguing with me, the customer, about what had happened. I had began very calmly explaining to this guy our experience but when she came in with MORE attitude, I had to remind her to check herself. She was way over the line inappropriately talking to a customer the way she was. I mean yall, look at these chips in the pic- who would eat this? At this point we’d herb there way over an hour AND HALF and still NO WINGS. We decided to just go pay for those floppy raw potatoes and our drinks and leave. I won’t be back and if you guys get this Abby (I think- heavyset, dark haired) waitress that says she’s been there longer than everyone else, my advice is to change tables.

We ordered 25 “HOT” wings on 11/28/25 as a pickup order. Got home the wings had no sauce. I called back and said our order was wrong. The hostess or whoever was answering the phones was extremely unprofessional. She refused to do anything to remedy the situation. I said I’ll bring the wings back for what I ordered or I’ll take a store credit. She said, “we don’t do that here” She told me to drive back and I’ll give you hot sauce. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

We went after the lunch rush and waited almost 15 minutes for our drinks. Food took around 20 minutes which isn’t terrible. It wasn’t terrible but I don’t think we’ll be going back. There are better options at more affordable prices. Over $50.00 for lunch for two is a little steep.

Waitress was good but waited forever for our drinks. Went to the bar and was rudely told that she was making our drinks. Mary who is the manager and behind the bar put my wine in a lowball glass, I asked for a wine glass and was rudely given a whisky glass when the wine glass was right there behind the bar. I asked to speak to the manager about her attitude, but it was only Mary. She confronted me and argued with me about the different types of glasses. I told the waitress to take the wine off my bill since it was so “difficult” to use the right glass. I did get the other managers and number and will get the owners name. She is one rude Manager and needs better customer skills.

The store has a clean appearance and nice atmosphere. I was concerned when I entered and saw the huge “now hiring” banner and the hostess telling us she was “ready to go home and she just got there” that service would be poor, but our server rocked. For 6 adult males needing something every time she came by, she really knocked it out. The food was decent. The highlite was a Buffalo shrimp appetizer. The wings were OK. Although our table only tried 5 of the 60 flavors. The loaded tater tots were cooked well and had a good cheese and bacon ratio. The Flatbread was cooked well and had ample toppings. Overall, it was a little above average on price, especially the wings.

The fries were drenched in cheese sauce, which makes them little on the soggy side but I like softer fries so I was a fan. Waitress was really nice.

I came to East Coast Wings & grill on my lunch break I had never tried them before and I wanted some wings I asked a hostess or cashier what was his favorite so I ended up getting the Kamikaze wings and potato chips both were super delicious. I went a second time about a week later decided I wanted honey mustard (which is my favorite) I was utterly disappointed the honey mustard sauce wasn’t saucing, most of it had leaked to the bottom of the container and inside of the bag. Overall it was really greasy and not much flavor at all

Do not recommend lettuce wraps. The filling in the leaves was so small it probably would have easily fit in one. Did not look anything like menu. Waitress took back to manager and he/she said that was the portion. He sent her back out to tell us. She appeared to be embarrassed. Waitress was great! Disappointed that the manager didn’t have the fortitude to come out him/herself.
