In town for a wedding and thought I’d visit this place. I made a huge mistake. It’s been 2 months and I still have nightmares about it. Ordered extra cheese on my Detroit style, I literally got no cheese on some slices. Like WUT?!? How do you mess that up?
I also ordered crazy bread with it. It was just the bread. No butter, garlic and Parmesan cheese on it. JUST BREAD. Like how is that possible man? I didn’t even call to complain about it cause I didn’t ever wanna go back there again. Took it all out to the back of my hotel and threw it in the dumpster. I feel sorry for the good people of Bismarck cause Little Caesar’s can be amazing. But not this one.

We have had MANY special order pizzas made wrong, which they typically make right. Accidents happen, I get it.
In would not suggest ordering the breadsticks, as they are doughy and poorly cooked.

They dont do the 9.99 menu and coupons dont work on those items even though there is no discount. What fools are waisting their money on these stores?

Whether you go to store for an order or use doordash etc… be prepared for your order to be wrong. This last time is THEE last time I will order from here. My pizza was wrong and tasted like chemicals. The crazy bread was plain bread. No butter, no parm. Nothing. You’ve messed up on the last 5 times I’ve tried to get food from here. And 4 of those times my order was wrong, undercooked, or just plain cold. And going in to order is just a plain bad experience when no one greets you even though they see you. They all stand in the back and hope you just leave. This place is trash. The employees are trash.

Normally, I don’t give a good review at all when my order doesn’t seem right. However, I ordered three things. I ordered a pepperoni pizza which was fantastic. I ordered breadsticks which my wife says were fantastic. However, I did order some jalapeño and bacon cheese sticks. Now I have been eating there for years and always ordered pepperoni cheese sticks, which do not have pizza sauce on them. They either have no sauce or there’s garlic butter on the bottom I don’t know they are just great. Today however I ordered jalapeño bacon cheese sticks and they were made with pizza sauce. Very disappointed did not care for them. Had to throw them out. Am I wrong that they should not have had pizza sauce on them? Keep in mind I’ve been in the industry for 27 years and had cheese sticks from every place that made them and there’s never been pizza sauce on them

I order here a lot and the food is always great and fresh, but recently i had ordered through the portal and mustve got someone elses pizza even though it had my order tag on the box. No big deal but overall the best little caesars in town!
