Went to get pizza after the hockey game around 10:45 front door was locked so I assumed drive thru waited about 5 minutes at the speaker and then drove forward store was empty and was supposed to close at 11 pm but called the store and a worker answered and I asked if they were open he rudely said “Does it look like we are?” And then told him that the store hours are supposed to open till 11 and that if they can’t keep the store open to their said hours change them so people like me won’t waste 15 minutes of our time and possibly dinner for the night and our families. Will say that McDonald’s came into play good here and very disappointed about not being able to keep my promises to my kiddos about little Caesars.

Tried getting 2 ordered of crazy bread. The lady told us to pull up to the window, and proceeded to count her till if front of us for 10 minutes without taking our money or letting us know the status of our order. We left after 10 minutes of no one acknowledging us.

It’s cheap, not much taste and doesn’t compare to anyone else in town. If you advertise “hot and ready” then why aren’t they ready? Shouldn’t have to wait 10-15 minutes while they’re baked. Server was friendly was the only positive. UPDATE SEPT 27th, wow, hot and ready still not ready. Wanted the 3 meat hot and ready, was told I can’t get it thru the drive thru until after 4 pm, but I can order it in the store. Really? Nothing on the sign said that. Went with the cheese and pepperoni, guess what got 2 cheese instead. Might as well close as the pizza isn’t that good and the service is poor. Kind of hard to want to try again.

Extremely poor of this location to deny a Lunch combo 1 minute past 2 PM… That type of customer service is unacceptable in 2026. Lost a customer because of that, and I would come here quite often.
I hope this location closes unlike some of the other businesses that struggle but treat their customers right, FFS.

Ordered online for pickup. Selected pick up in drive through. Arrived and pulled through drive through to window(spoiler alert: DO NOT DO THIS). No other cars in the drive through or at store. When the employee opens the window, he leads with ‘I don’t mean to be a dick, but we are supposed to ignore anyone that just pulls up to the window’. I was in a mostly good mood or Mr.Not a Dick might have been wearing my deep dish pizza. Simple order with one pizza, crazy bread and TWO sauces. After getting home I find that there is only one sauce. You charge 1.50 for an extra marinara sauce and I don’t get it. Maybe your employees should focus on doing their job and providing some actual customer service instead of some arbitrary rule regarding stopping at the speaker. No worries, this was strictly a convenience stop, I won’t be making it again.
