It’s cheap, not much taste and doesn’t compare to anyone else in town. If you advertise “hot and ready” then why aren’t they ready? Shouldn’t have to wait 10-15 minutes whole they’re baked. Server was friendly was the only positive.

I have had 35 min to write this review. Still waiting in the drive thru, worst service I’ve probably ever had. Not to mention after the 30 min I waited to get to the window they got my order wrong. Turns out my pizza was ready while I sat at the window and waited 10 min for it to cool down. I came here only to feed my 3 year old who wanted pizza. I’m writing this on his behalf. Order taker dropped the ball here. Manager was apologetic, and I sympathize with him, this was not his fault if not for him I woulda waited till another pizza was cooked.

Called about 45 minutes ahead to place a custom order and they said they couldn’t over the phone and when I got there I tried to in the drive thru but apparently custom orders aren’t allowed thru drive thru ? Aka to me it seems they didn’t wanna take the stuff out very very disappointed

I’ll make this quick and simple…. Pizza dough didn’t seem cooked all the way. Chicken was not taste good at all looked even worse. I understand places are busy and understaffed as I work in the food industry but this really uncalled for!

Wth! Bought 2 lunch combos around 11:20 AM. Left and we had our lunch. The dough looked like it sat in a cooler over night. It was also dried & burnt with very little cheese. Imagine a burnt sourdough with burnt marinara sauce and burnt pepperoni. Just melting away in your mouth. Yeah that did not go over well for us. How is a fresh lunch combo that disgusting fresh? It sure did not taste fresh at all. If you complain about it. The person running the store seems to get real quick to anger. Last time we go there. It’s not worth wasting time, money, and throwing up from such disgusting sour dough that’s burnt. With little to no cheese, burnt marinara, crust, pepperoni & what burnt little cheese was on it.

Staff was busy as usual but guy in the drive thru was a tweek. Dude lil less dope when on the job. People can see you! Manager just turned and walked away as if he didn’t see them.

Worse customer service ever and management is horrible! I do not say this lightly nor do I like to leave bad reviews(check my others) but this place is horrible! Gave them the benefit of the doubt because we all can have bad days tried it not one more time but 3 and same horrible review and it is too bad since we love the food. It all starts with management and sadly has the most unfriendliest, rude, and knows nothing about their items or customer service….definitely not made for management working with people!
