I ordered 2 large Veggie Lover pizzas and specifically asked for well done. Instead, I was given burnt pizzas that were not edible.
I drove 50 minutes round trip just to pick up this order. When I called the store to explain the issue, I was told the only option was to drive back again for a replacement or credit. , no attempt to resolve it reasonably considering the inconvenience.
There is a big difference between well done and burnt. Customer service should take responsibility when mistakes happen, especially when customers go out of their way to pick up food.
Very disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut location. I won’t be returning.

Friday night, I ordered a lg hand tossed supreme pie, reg bread sticks, and traditional mild wings. Pizza was barely warm and may as well have been made on cardboard with alternately soggy or rock hard toppings. The “wings” were little rocks (nuggets instead of the actual wings I ordered) in the blandest sauce, and the bread sticks were literally wet, with the seasoning washed off. Absolutely disgusting. Never been so disappointed in this location before.

Pizza Hut is debatably one of the most iconic fast food chains that’s been struggling since 2020. Their breadsticks are good but not that good. Their pizza, personally, I never liked at all. They’ve relied on unexpected items like melts and pasta bakes (which I’ve always enjoyed). The wings are also pretty good, but every time we go to a PH, it seems to be not much more than a ghost town nowadays!

Pizza Hut never disappoints. The food is always good. It’s one of the better pizza chains around. They didn’t have wings available when I ordered, which was disappointing. I got the pasta dinner box instead, and the chicken alfredo was good, too.

Horrible. No wonder there is no one in this place. Walked inside to pick up our pizza we ordered online and already paid for. There were 4 people working. Three in the back sitting in their phones and one upfront. The person up front was on the phone with another customer explaining the entire menu for over 10 minutes. We asked one of the workers in the back if they could get our pizza for us, and they refused. Said we had to wait for the lady on the phone. We had to ask 4 times for our pizza before they would actually give it to us. The lady on the phone should’ve either put the person on the phone in a brief hold, or asked the ones in the back to help us. Literally just had to ask our name and hand us the pizza. Not a hard task. Never again.

I ordered one pizza half pepperoni half cheese. It’s not that hard. I don’t even know what I’m looking at here. It looks like they sent me 3/4 of a pepperoni pizza and a couple slices for a child I wish I can add a picture on here somehow. I’m still trying to figure that out. This is ridiculous

Kerry Is an awful manager rude disrespectful and arrogant
I ordered melts last week for the first time
I ordered them with mushrooms and onions on the app
The melts came with just onions
I didn’t want to make a fuss so I said nothing to the company about the missing mushrooms
Today I ordered them again with just mushrooms not only there were no mushrooms but hardly any cheese dry as a bone I called to speak to someone I ended up speaking to this Kerry character to whom I explained what the situation was and she’s arguing with me about the fact that melts don’t come with toppings other them the ones described on the menu I told her that no one told me that I couldn’t switch toppings and that I got onions last week and she said That that must have been a mistake ( NOT MY FAULT ) and apparently they don’t inform the customer when they come to pick up the order that toppings are not optional
I had to drive to the shop to be attacked verbally by this Kerry who’s only apology was
“ SORRY IF YOU DIDN’T KNOW THAT U CAN’T SWITCH TOPPING AND THAT YOU DIDN’T CALL THE FIRST TIME TO ASK ABOUT THE TOPPINGS “
Not at any time did she said “ ma’am I understand why you would be upset that your order didn’t come with mushrooms since you were able to get onions last time “took no responsibility whatsoever and blame me for the confusion When I got to the shop
I’m standing at the counter with her arguing in front of other customers
Absolutely shameful
And she didn’t even acknowledge that the melt I returned was dry and hard
Again it was my fault if I found it dry and hard
She admitted she added the cheese herself so it couldn’t possibly have been dry

I’ve seen people talking about dry breadsticks but I guess they don’t pick it up in time because mine were soft. Customer service was a five star as always.
