Ordered the new old world pizza with 100 pepperoni and all the way to the edge. Nope looks like some different pepperoni thrown on their normal pizza. And it cost more, not to the edge.

Little Caesars clearly has a “Hot and Ready” sign on the front of the store as well as all of their advertising and I have been to this location on several occasions and they have yet to have anything “Hot and Ready”. Most of the time the employees are sitting on the counters in the kitchen ether chatting with each other or on their phones, but not making pizza. If I had been stopping by at non common hours it would be one thing but I have come both at lunch time and dinner time. And no it wasn’t busy and sold out. The store is pretty dirty and the staff has been rude every time. Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this location. Maybe just remember what Little Caesars used to be and go somewhere else.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the consistently poor service and subpar food quality I have experienced during my past three visits to this location. Each time, I had hoped to enjoy a hot and ready pizza, as advertised and evident by the pizzas in the heater behind the counter. However, to my dismay, there was only one pizza in the heater, hardly meeting the expectation of a “ready” selection. While I understand that the 4th of July may have depleted the pizza stock, it is disheartening to encounter this recurring issue otherwise.

I sat for nearly 10 minutes while they cooked a cheese pizza. Then, when I got home my daughters told me the pizza was burnt. They will not eat it, but we had the breadsticks at least. I tried to call the Little Caesars in Rosemiunt four times tonight, 12/11/22. The phone rang over 20 times each times, and no one ever answered. I can’t even get a replacement pizza or refund. So disappointing. Little Caesar’s is stealing from me at this point. Why would you cut up a burnt pizza and put it in a box?!?! No integrity.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery, got them tossed in the boxed so ruined pizzas. Called store to fix it and they sent me to three different people at store then manager who told me to call 800 number where I sat on hold forever when they could have just fixed pizza and had us pick up new pizzas. Waited on hold for 20 minutes to be asked my name and number, then put on hold, to the be given refund. Guess no pizza tonight for us

Saturday I went to go get pizza. There was like maybe 3 workers. (Young teenage ish boys) one of them yelled “bitch no” in the back and all on their phones goofing off. A worker came up from and saw there was a line…he rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed and took everyone’s order. Not only was I charged for 2 pizzas when I asked for 1…..I FOUND A PIECE OF THEIR HAIR COOKED INTO MY PIZZA!! And touched everyone’s pizzas and made everyone’s pizza…WITHOUT GLOVES!! This is unacceptable!!

Called to see if I could place and order over the phone and pick it up rather than order on line. (Saturday, June 25th – early evening) Haley answered and said she would be happy to take my order over the phone. She was so pleasant and cheerful! Went to pick up my pizza, Haley peeked out from around the corner and said she would be right out with my pizza. She was, and with a big smile on her face! Pizza was nice and hot, and yummy!! It was exactly how I ordered it too. Just want to shout out for Haley!!! We need more people out there like her!!! Happy, pleasant, cheerful, helpful and so nice!!! Thank you Little Caesar’s and Thank you Haley!!!!
