I placed an order by phone about 30 minutes ago and was told the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived, the order was not ready, and there was no update provided. I understand that delays can happen, but clearer communication and more accurate wait-time estimates would greatly improve the customer experience. Timely service and transparency are important, especially when customers are planning around the quoted pickup time. I hope this feedback helps improve service at this location. Plus employees were standing using their cellphones.

Placed an order on the app and it states it’ll be ready in 45 min. Got there on time and it wasn’t even started. They tell me it’ll be ready in 15 min. So now it’s an hour for a couple 1 topping pizzas. Also watched staff continuously adding pizzas to the pizza portal area without registering the order, causing people to wait till they could talk to employee to get their pickup from it. Bunch of clowns working there.

I ordered pizza puffs and crazy bread with cheese. The crazy bread was cold along with the cheese, and 2/4 pizza puffs were smashed somewhat. Pizza puffs were also semi warm, almost like they didn’t heat them up all the way. I usually don’t leave reviews but this is the second time this has happened!!

I wanted to try the new crazy puffs and two of them were exactly what I expected, one of them was half size, and the fourth one looks as flat as a pepperoni. Quality is going straight out the window. The pizza tasted great as usual, but there’s hardly any sausage on the pizza, and the crust takes up at least three inches of the pizza.
I ordered online and was expecting to use the pizza portal, but it wasn’t in there and instead it was sitting out on a table in the kitchen just left out. I had to ask for it and by the time I got home it was already cold.
I won’t be going back to this location, but I will always appreciate little Caesar’s for providing an affordable pizza.

This location is completely dysfunctional. They don’t use the pizza portal. The person working the counter never wants to talk to you. They just have a pile of pizzas sitting on a pallet in the back room. Good luck.

WORST LOCATION IN THE AREA!
This location used to be decent or at least standard.
The past several months it has declined rapidly. It’s never very busy when I go there and always appears fully staffed but the food is substandard. To be specific the crust at this location has always been terrible compared to every other location. Recently it has become “non-existent”, “missing in action”.
Please view the pictures included. This is their “Extra Most Bestest” premium Grade “A” pizza. A “hot and ready” pizza at the Ashland location would have more cheese and better crust than this. Could buy a LotzzaMotzza for the 9 dollars this cost.
I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.

Anytime I was broke and needed food, little Caesars was always there for me. Truly the best bang for your buck pizza you can get. They even let you dine in if you ask!

We ordered our usual, extra cheese on all, toppings on ONE half. Picked up pizza. Got to car. Toppings on both sides. Went in to get it remade. They argued that it had been ordered wrong. (We do the same thing every time) They remade it finally but burnt it to hell. Won’t be returning to this location and filing a complaint with the company.(the bite was from me to see if it was edible. Not very)

Whoever is cooking these pizzas lately is not doing a good job. They’re using way too much of the dough for the crust leaving very little dough left to be used for the rest of the pizza which makes it very thin and floppy. The crust looks great but it is not good they also need to make improvements on telling a customer 15 minutes and then the customer waiting 45 minutes for that pizza. This location needs to get its act together. It used to be my favorite location but has gone downhill in recent months.
