Exposing Workers to Frostbite to wave a sign
Fact: Frostbite can begin in under 30 minutes! I will never order from this chain!
Today January 23 2026 during an official Severe Weather Advisory for dangerously cold conditions in Janesville with temperatures around 10 degrees below zero before windchill I saw an employee standing outside holding a promotional sign and waving at traffic while I was driving on Milton. Who thought this was a good idea, satan?
I do not blame the worker at all. These are hard times and people are doing what they can to pay their bills. Still with that being said if this is a Little Caesars corporate or management policy then I say it is truly unsafe unacceptable and downright ignorant to put somebody in this position in order to sell a few more pizzas that taste like deep fried styrofoam covered in dollar store Ragu!
It’s not like the management at Little Caesars don’t know about this. This storm has been all over the news. For the last few days I’ve been watching news stories about people staying home, stocking up on groceries to make it through the next few days, and there have even been reports of trees exploding due to the cold. When trees start exploding the weather might be a little dangerous. Yet with all that public knowledge Little Caesars decided to send a worker outside to flip a sign like he is Badger from Breaking Bad. God forbid the CEOs lose a few dollars while the employee loses a few digits on his hands. Here are a few facts about how quickly frostbite can kick in.
• Wind chill dramatically speeds up frostbite risk
• Fingers ears nose and toes freeze first
• Frostbite causes permanent nerve and tissue damage
• Severe cases can lead to amputation
Marketing tactic or not there is no reason to put someone’s health or life at risk in these conditions.

Wow what a switch! This place had always been a dumpster fire! The new manager (Laura) was polite inviting got my order correct. Seemed to have control of the staff. No loud inappropriate music or cussing from the back. People in uniform. It’s like a whole new business. Did the franchise get bought out?

Ordered at 3pm for a 5:30pm carry out. Got a call as I’m walking in the door to pickup. They’re out of cheese sauce for my 2 pretzel pizzas.
They made it right by going above and beyond for the inconvenience and had my new order ready very quickly. Staff was present, intentional, and made a high quality order on point for the first time in a long time. I’m glad I haven’t given up on these guys. The improvements are greatly appreciated.

Honestly there should be an an option for zero Stars, came in the guy making the pizza was wearing an A&W t+shirt while sweating profusely not wearing gloves while handling the food, touching his face and rubbing his nose, remember not wearing gloves the other employees were wearing pajamas. They had ear buds in and did not great nor thank you have a great day.. absolutely very unprofessional and unsanitary, especially due to health codes. They wouldn’t pass a health code even walking through the door
Unless you have no problems with very unsanitary and very unprofessional food service I would definitely not waste your time or money best is to call the health department
And most definitely the health department needs to step into this building.

Now the second time this location has messed up our order….. and even tho you order delivery if you want the order fixed you have to drive in so why even do delivery and they will not refund the delivery fee you paid either. And the lady you’ll talk to on the phone is incredibly rude and made my wife cry for just wanting to get what we ordered and paid for absolute joke.

The whole order was wrong and messed up twice now I asked for a half and half.. half cheese half sausage and there’s sausage pretty much on every piece but on 1 .. u repeat 1 sausage on each piece..they can’t get the order right and refuse to answer the phone to make it right…and they r the most stingy pizza place I’ve ever seen for toppings and super stingy on the sauce…dry pizza smh never again..won’t be going there ever again…SND WHEN YOU GO INSIDE THE EMPLOYEES R JUST STANDING THERE BULLSHITTIN WITH THEY FRIENDS THAT ARE HANGING OUT THERE AND NOT MAKIN ANY PURCHASES

Before I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza I made a comment to the worker about I hope it’s better than the last one I had gotten, and that it was horrible… Over cooked, to the point of dry hard cheese and surely not enough cheese as well… When I got home last night and opened the box i was faced with the same ordeal, as seen in my Pic… Dry, and definitely not enough cheese once again… Very disappointed…I detected a slight attitude as well from the worker when I made the comment… What’s going on Little Caesars???
