This is the dirtiest place I’ve ever been. Who manages this place? I ordered Caesar wings and Italian bread sticks. I didn’t know it was so grimy in here.

I had an amazing experience at the Little Caesars 2976 location! Even though there were only two people working, they were absolutely killing it. They had customers in and out with speed, focus, and great attitudes the entire time.
My order came out fresh, hot, and perfectly made. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and you could tell they were working hard without ever making anyone feel rushed or ignored.
Huge shoutout to the team at this location — they handled a busy rush better than places with a full staff. Definitely one of the best Little Caesars I’ve been to. I’ll be back!

Worst Little Caesar’s store ever! They took 2 hours for 1 pizza to be made. Came 2hrs later and the pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way and didn’t follow my instructions. I ask for half pepperoni and half Hawaiian and came in all mix look disgusting. I requested a full refund right away. And the food was already cold anyway. They always short staff and take forever. Bad quality of place, food and staff! Never ordering from this place ever again. Learned my lesson.

This location is disappointing every time. I order online to avoid long wait times and limit contact with workers as they a) ignore the presence of guests for long periods of time and b) 9 times out of 10 have very poor attitudes. Unfortunately every time I go to use the pick up kiosk, it consistently doesn’t work. Also there is always something wrong with my order. Recently it’s been undercooked breadsticks. They’re baked to the low point where they hold their shape but are gummy, wet and fall apart. I honestly don’t know how this location is still open. But it’s safe to assume it’s because people like me would prefer to not travel to further locations, who I might add are just as bad as this one. I will also note that the cleanliness of this location is also concerning. I understand the stress that comes with working in the service industry as I’ve done it too but it’s not excuse for poor service, cleaning management and projection of frustrations.

I don’t understand. Looking at the picture our pizza looked nothing like what we were ordering. It was supposed to be pretzel it tasted nothing like pretzel. It was very sour crust and it looked hideous. We were so excited to see it online that when we got it, there’s nothing to explain the disappointment.

There was no sauce nor cheese on the pizza. The dough of the pizza and the dough of the breadsticks were not baked properly. They were rubbery and didn’t have any texture. They both were nasty. Reheating did nothing. The wings were dry, but they were okay. I went to another Little Caesars ordered the same Extra Mostbestest pizza and they taste totally different (look at my other review). I don’t understand how that could happen? The brownie was prepackaged and it was good. The gentleman cashier was friendly and very helpful.

We had ordered food, one stuffed crust one normal and two crazy breads, when we got out order and received to hard cold pizzas that were regular and crazy puffs. We ordered this one hour before they closed, it gave them enough time to make our order, yet they gave us left overs of pizza they didn’t sell. When we got there they were 30 minutes from closing and still said they are closed. Bad food, bad service.

Negative rating. Whoever I spoke to on the phone hung up on me when making a complaint about the undercooked and disgusting mess they call pizza. Ordered a deep dish cheese pizza, doesn’t come close to filling the box, and completely deflated with no sauce. It also took an hour to make, and then sat for another half hour while we waited trying to get an employee to hand us the food that we could see on the counter. Never again.
