My issue isn’t the food, the resteraunt was clean. However the staff was just a really rude. When I went to order up front 3 of them were just having a conversation and I waited patiently to be greeted and one just looks at me an clicks their tongue to ask “you know what you want or not?”

Then while im eating they are just making racist remarks about Asian people. Like dude come on.

Pure trash. Waited over 15 mins for a very complex order of cheeseburgers and chicken tenders. My main question is – how exactly do you make a customer wait over FIFTEEN mins for a BASIC @SS ORDER and then it comes out lukewarm/ border line cold? Management needs fired and replaced- because that is unacceptable. Pathetic.

So far , I am pretty appalled. The women’s bathroom is just filthy. I really don’t want to think about what the kitchen must look like. There were employees on break being loud and obnoxious while talking on their phones. The cashier that took my order was the exception. She was friendly and professional. The lady (I think she was management) that took the next person’s order was making a personal call about her “edges” while taking a customer’s order. She made an appointment for her hair to be done while still on the clock, arranging for her hairdresser to come to the restaurant within the next hour to fix her hair. (In her defense, her hair looked really really bad… I just think it was extremely unprofessional to be making the appointment and actually carrying on the appointment at the restaurant). Apparently none of them like making Nashville hot chicken because every time one was ordered you could hear complaints coming from the back of the kitchen. They just threw it together. If I were the manager, everyone on this shift would lose their jobs. This place needs an attitude adjustment. ASAP. Id be better off and more satisfied if I set a ten dollar bill on fire and tried to eat that.

They gave us expired orange juice, when we told the girl that it was expired she said “um okay” then took it, I’m not sure what happened with the bottle after that but some guy came out with the rest of our order and another bottle of expired juice. I’m not sure if they gave us the same bottle or if they only sell expired orange juice. The food isn’t bad at all so hopefully the ingredients they used is in date

I come by this Hardee’s omw to work, stop every once in awhile. Not something I’d normally review…but I think this place is worth reviewing because of their consistency in service and quality. This store is an outlier among fast food now 25 years into the 2000s. Dee and Armani running the breakfast hour have got this figured out and if you’re a fast food chain restaurant owner in the area you should seek them out to run your store at double whatever they are making now. Great place tell em Mr. sent ya.

I had gotten help from a great and amazing manager named Ian he had helped me get my order all correct and even recommended me things on the menu as I had never been to Hardies before so it was very nice and the entire time I was trying to figure out what I wanted he always kept a smile on his face and was very patient with me I hope more people can be like him when I order from other places as it feels like a lot of other stores don’t have great customer service nowadays I hope I get to have him take my order again.

I dont know what it is. But i live right down the street from this hardees. Everytime ive come here to get food the past 6 years the food has been bad. Maybe eat there twice a year? Im not even a picky eater. But if I spend $12 – $15 on food it better be good.

-They sandbag their food. That means nothing is ever cooked to order. Everything is cooked then it sits. Thats lazy and its a waste of food.

-Even though my fries come out luke warm and my burger is warm it takes almost 10 minutes to get my food?

-Im a chef I either eat at work or i go home and eat pb&js. I look forward to getting a good meal cooked for me even if its McDs i look forward to it.

-Today was my day off all I had was a hardees burger fries and a coke. I ate 4 to 5 hours ago. Im nauseated and I do not feel good. I dont know if its the burger or not.

-I am writing this review because I am genuinely sad. I dont get to splurge money on food im poor and i work almost 7 days a week. I looked forward to that burger and i didnt want to drive all the way in to town. I feel like if I go here to eat now im the problem at this point.

Id give you guys 1 star but I dont think its the employees fault. I think it comes down to the management not properly training people or doing their job. The employees were very nice. But the food sucked guys. The food was absoloute cheeks.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered food and found actual ice in my meal. When I called to let the manager dee know, she explained it was probably from the lettuce and asked me to come back. Since I was headed to work, I told her I couldn’t return until the next morning.
When I went back, a different manager (name starts with T) was on duty who told me they couldn’t replace my order because it was “breakfast time only.” She didn’t offer any kind of solution or alternative and just turned me away.
I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and customer service from management was very frustrating. If a customer pays for a meal and something goes wrong, it should be made right — not dismissed.
