Absolutely terrible experience. We made an order at 4pm for a 6pm pick up. Waited in the lobby for 35 min with no worker coming up to the front. In fact they only had 2 workers there on a Saturday night – big Packers/Beats playoff game. The machine to get the pizzas didn’t work and none of our codes were able to get our food. I feel bad for the people before us who waited there for an 1hr+. Something needs to be done because all of the reviews on this location suck. Don’t come here!

I would give this place zero stars if I could.

I placed an online order that was accepted and drove to the store to pick it up — only to find the doors locked. There was an employee inside, and other customers were also trying to get in. I assumed maybe they were short-staffed and finishing orders before reopening, so I waited in the parking lot for about 40 minutes while my order status continued updating until it said “ready.”

When I knocked on the door and made eye contact with the employee, I was completely ignored. Meanwhile, they were still accepting online orders despite apparently not being open due to having only one employee. If you cannot operate, stop accepting and charging customers.

Since my card was charged and no refund was issued, I later returned to the store to resolve it. I also attempted to contact customer service but could not reach a live person and had to submit an online form.

When I returned that evening, the staff appeared visibly irritated. I stood at the counter for about five minutes before being acknowledged. A woman who walked in before me had been waiting nearly 15 minutes without so much as a “we’ll be right with you.” Employees walked past both of us without saying anything. Basic customer service — even a simple acknowledgment — was completely lacking.

Customer service is crucial, and unfortunately this location of Little Caesars failed at every level today — communication, transparency, and professionalism.

This is the 2nd time they screwed up our order (e sunset dr in waukesha, wi) and we try to call and we get a representative that will transfer us to the store and no one answers. By the time I got ahold of a representative they were closed. We didn’t want Little Caesars tonight. My daughter did that’s the only reason why we placed the order. They took forever to make three basic pizzas. We ordered a cheese , a sausage and a pepperoni. They gave us all cheese pizzas. When we finally got it delivered , they were closed. Last time we ordered they forgot all of our sauces. It was 10 dollars worth of sauces. N that time it was in the afternoon. We tried calling for an hour before we gave up. Im so irritated at this point. Im coming in tomorrow!

FYI I have been working in the Food Industry for over 10 years. Service is awful most of the time. This place is terrible. We only order from here for my daughter. Guess she has 2 find a new favorite pizza place. Ugh!

Worker didn’t say a single word the entire time we were in the store. Pizza was like cardboard, had about a spoonful of sauce, and tasted like it was left out for four days.

First time I’ve had a little Cesar’s pizza since the 90’s. I have to be truthful. Not the same.
Cheese was delicious. Dough was old and not proofed enough. Half the cheese than older style. Which is why this Detroit style pizza is known for the cheesy crust.
I know I’m a singular voice out of millions of nationwide customers but it’s a court on blue Chef for once in a while likes to venture out and get something from the past that used to be quality. I was very disappointed because you’re so close..

I waited almost an hour for one pizza. They didn’t have correct change when I paid in cash, and they were out of almost all kinds of soda. I went in twice while waiting to see if it was ready and one guy looked at me and then went back to daintily putting cheese in a 1/6 pan. There was no sense of urgency at all from either of the two guys working. They also had earbuds in both ears while working and talking with customers. After all of this, I get home to find out that my pretzel crust pizza was a regular crust pizza with all of the pretzel ingredients minus crust. I will not be going back there and I recommend everyone else do the same. I would like someone to reach out to me soon so I can get at the very least a refund. The pizza lacked salt and sauce. I watched the guy use a paint brush to spread the cheese from a squeeze bottle.

This specific location is absolute garbage. Horrible quality of food, long wait times and terrible customer service is guaranteed EVERY time. They never have a single pizza ready during lunch time. All other LC locations stock up to prepare for rushes. Not this one. All workers literally can’t speak a single word of English. They couldn’t even give me my change! Just offered me dipping sauces instead. Not to mention, the pizza has a god awful smell to it. Can only assume it’s due to them cooking the pizzas in dirty pans. DO NOT waste your money here. If you do, just remember I warned you. There’s a reason this location has 2 stars.

Did an online order, did not receive my crazy sticks. Wasted time trying to call the store only to be transferred to a call center with instructions to call the store back and request a manager yet I did not get a manager but the system hung up on me after 18 minutes of being on hold. I just wanted a partial refund due to not all items received let alone the Detroit pizza looked undercooked.

No one comes to the counter. Today I stood at the counter for over 10 mins. At least two workers in the back that I could see. I know they both saw me standing there. Completely ignored me and refused to acknowledge me. There were two people also waiting when I walked in and they both said no one has taken their order yet. They eventually got frustrated and walked out. I left soon after that without ordering. This is very common at this place as this has happened to me before, however this was the first time I had to leave without being able to get a pizza

We placed a carryout order in advance and it was ready relatively close to the designated pickup time. Pizzas and crazy bread were fresh – no complaints there. I wouldn’t recommend this location for walk in ordering as they often seem to be very short staffed and busy. From my experience, customers are often rude to the workers due to the wait. You kinda feel bad all around. The woman at the register was still friendly while under pressure.
