Because of the weather they had a late start…at 11 instead of 10. That was cool, but there is no message when you go through the drive thru except the standard. Are you here to pick up an order? No matter what you say, it goes no further. We pulled up to the window and got…”we’re not open for another 9 min.” and why…Upside…we were 1st…so everything was fresh…got the 5.00 lux box. Suggestion….put a note on the drive thru…Thank you.

Fairly quick service but the last couple times I’ve been there they have forgotten things . This time it was sauces they confirmed was in bag. Last time I had zero napkins . The time before I only got half my order.

Gave it three stars because I usually love coming here. Two days ago I went again with my aunt and son and it could have been way better. I ordered my aunt three hard tacos with just extra meat and cheese, well when she got them, there was no extra meat and they had lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. We complained and they said they couldn’t do anything for us. My three soft tacos were good, but it was like they just put a glob of sour cream on one side. The next thing was I ordered a normal chicken wrap for my son which was supposed to only have cheese and chicken in it, but it had hot sauce in it. We didn’t complain about it because they told us the first time they wouldn’t do anything. The drink station was a horrible mess and it stayed that way for the whole 40 minutes we were there. (I ended up wiping it off) We also got a free cinnamon twist bag right after we ordered. I saw a ton of new employees there so maybe they just need to be better equipped/trained.

Portion size of the chili cheese burrito has gotten significantly smaller over time. Love the taste of it, but the size, when compared to other Taco Bells, is significantly smaller than it should be. The last couple of times the filling was less than that of a taco, with a tortilla wrapped nicely, so it appeared larger.

My wife came to the drive-thru and pick us up some food cuz I’m stuck at work for 18 hours today my wife’s starting her food and not let her talk with some burrito have lots of hair in it when I called up there to address the situation I’ve worked faster before the manager gives out the name that we can talk on a professional level the manager refused to let me know who she is pop the attitude off of me didn’t even apologize if there’s hair in the food just said what do you want who are you and why are you calling me completely disrespectful and outrageously so I went ahead and already contact the corporate and let them know this could be an easy fix of I’m sorry here’s my back or here’s new food instead of attitude just took this a lot further I would always apologize for having some food specially if any bottle bodily fluid our hair guidance on so that’s an automatic apology professionally not attitude

I waited a whopping 30-45 minutes, just to place a small two item order, which was a Grilled Cheese Bean Burrito with NO MEAT and a Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme.

I ordered that Grilled Cheese Bean Burrito with NO MEAT because consuming it makes me VIOLENTLY SICK. this is a serious health issue.

They put meat inside the burrito anyway. Since these items are tightly wrapped, you have to trust that the people making the food followed the instructions. I trusted your team to perform the bare minimum.

this is a huge failure of basic competence and a severe food safety violation. If your “workers” can’t manage the task of reading a clear instruction on an order, especially when it is explicitly tied to a customer’s health, you have a huge, systemic problem.

Someone with a more serious allergy or intolerance could easily end up in the hospital because of this kind of inexcusable negligence.

Do better.

“This visit was extremely disappointing and concerning. I spent over $50 and received an incomplete order, including only half a box of Doritos Locos tacos. More alarmingly, the food quality and hygiene were unacceptable. My Mexican Pizza contained hair, and the chicken quesadilla was missing the sauce and barely had any chicken. The staff’s lack of attention and perceived rudeness compounded the negative experience. I strongly urge management to address their food preparation standards, particularly regarding hair restraints, as I believe I identified the source of contamination

Ordered Mexican pizza combo with no lettuce on tacos. I get a Mexican pizza with no tomatoes and 2 tacos with meat and sour cream only. And to top everything off, I was asked if I wanted sauce to which I replied I did, no sauce. The receipt is correct but the order was made wrong. Good job, taco bell
