Although there did not seem as if you had many options because of the 3 pathways (fixe x 2 or full course) you were provided on the menu, you were able to pick a myriad of choices within each pathway and even order additional items. Food was delicious and appropriate for a 1 star. Very rich tasting food. Had the duck as the main dish and felt as if it were cooked just a bit longer (to medium), this experience would have been absolutely perfect. The smoked oysters were absolutely to die for and the venison tartar was excellent. Definitely coming back for the full course menu.

This is our 3rd visit to a Michelin star restaurant, and although the food was good, we left underwhelmed and over charged.

Awesome playlist! The food was great and authentic (vintage tea set and plates a really nice touch), was impressed by the duck and the foie gras , the carrot butter and shredded cabbage underneath the leaf was really inventive. Portion size was great, and use of the custom cigar box worked really well. Wish our table was at the window instead of the middle next to another couple though, next time will request when choosing the tasting menu.

This was definitely one of the best food experiences I ever had. It was a celebration and we decided to go with a 4 course menu for $125 per person. Initially we thought it would not be enough food but at the end of the meal we were completely full. We tried many different dishes since everyone on the table was ordering something different. My favorites were the FOIE GRAS with sour orange temptation caramel, plantain pave and cocoa nibs; and the PASTRAMI STYLE SHORT RIB with red pepper-beef jus, gem and fennel caesar, oyster & short rib croquette. Those dishes were mid blowing and the techniques were executed to perfection. As a dessert, THE CIGAR with manjari shell, hazelnut praline, gianduia mousse and espresso ice cream was very interesting with a presentation that impressed by the cigar box. It’s not a cheap experience, but you should try.

Get to Ariete ASAP. My aunt and I went for a casual catch up dinner and it was so wonderful. From the food to the service to the ambiance- loved it. We sat by the kitchen, which was ideal because everywhere else in the restaurant is a little dark. But even with low light, everything was beautiful!

Food was not outstanding – not for a Michelin star restaurant.

Very good service and food presentation. There were a couple of standout dishes, but the prices were out of line for the quality of the food. It’s Michelin star rated, but I wasn’t blown away.

Finally went for a full dinner! Definitely the best foie gras I’ve had in recent memory! The texture combined with the flavor of the sour orange caramel had it melting right on the tongue and prompting me to close my eyes. The platano was a fantastic accompaniment too. The amouse bouche might have been one of the best I’ve ever had! Light yet packed with flavor.
