We got the pretzel crust pepperoni pizza and the cheese filled pretzel crust cheese pizza, along with 2 orders of crazy bread and sauce. I ordered through the app and picked it up. When I picked my order up the pizzas were in front and the bread was in the back. It was hard to reach the bread that far back in the warmer, but I managed to grab it. Then realized that I had only received one bread and no sauce at all. I had to let the counter staff know, they tried to say that everything was there when it wasn’t. Then they HAD to see my receipt to make sure I wasn’t lying, and that I really was short one bread and 2 sauce. It was just a bit disappointing, although I did get my missing items. I will go back there to make further purchases, but will very carefully check everything before I leave.

We just visited your store at 9:45pm tonight and they had zero food available. No pizza no crazy bread. No food at all available. There were 4 customers there trying to buy food while we were there. That all left empty handed. 1 customer said he just called and they said they had 4 pizzas available. The employee told him they just threw out all the food because they close at 10pm. The customer asked if the ovens were still in. They said yes. He requested they make his pizza. They said ok. But they did not offer to make the other 3 of us anything. So they lost 3 customers money and made 3 disgruntled customers who may never return. Wrong thing to do in a small town like Cadillac where word travels fast. We all spoke in parking lot and went to Dominos which is open until 11pm.

Ordered for pickup. Two minutes after it was ready. They tossed a hot-n-ready that had been sitting for a bit in for my pizza. I didn’t order a fresh one for no reason. They made me a new one but I had to wait another 10 minutes.
