I usually order specialty pizzas, most bestes are supposed to have extra pepperoni than a regular hot n ready. My pizza didn’t have that extra pepperoni. My thin crust sausage had some sausage in the middle, the outside/edge didn’t have any sausage at all. Called and let them know. Gave me a credit, tried again 2 days later and still the same issue. I’ll stick to 28th st location. Never have this issue. Only reason I don’t like going to that location is the traffic.

Went in on Monday 7/24, Bill was 16 and some change, i paid 14 in cash and asked to charge the rest to my card. They charged my card almost 9 dollars. When questioned, they said the 5 dollars and change on my receipt would go back on my card. I trusted that, but it hasn’t gone back on my card. The only reason I haven’t gone back in, is my blessing of a spouse tossed the receipt. Their assistant manager wasn’t very helpful when I asked about it.

Ordered pizza with extra sauce and cheese but clearly looked like a hot and ready. I’m pretty sure the breadsticks came out of the warmer even though I ordered them online. Not happy. Also waited 20 minutes after they said my pizza would be ready.

Every Pizza you get will be cut differently and sometimes not cut all the way with giant slices next to the tiniest slice of pizza you’ve ever seen. The dough has recently started to become completely random on what you get. One day its super fluffy all the way around like its got too much dough. or half your pizza is amazing and super fully because that half got the majority of the dough while the other half is flat as hell and left to dry up while parts become brittle and are close to being inedible. Overall tho it’s a $7.20 Pepperoni Pizza that’s ready at almost anytime of day. It ain’t bad but it ain’t great either.

Hire new people who do not act like you are interrupting them when you ask whats taking so long. Hire new people who do not just sit there chewing gum on their phone while your pizza sits and gets cold. Guy literally wasn’t doing anything while I waited for my pizza outside. Let me say this place wasn’t bad they actually made our order great! My complaint is that at I paid with a CC at first but the girls at the front said it didn’t go thru , and well i tried to show them on my phone that it showed it did but instead of waiting I went ahead and paid cash. Now this is no little ticket it was $144.93. That is alot of Money but i was in the state for a wedding and everyone at the hotel was hungry. My husband went back inside to talk to manager at the time and she said that the money would come back to our card within 3-5 days . Here we are a week later and ive called and been patient but this week and have had nothing but excuses as to why i cant get my money back . Jill said yesterday that she didnt know if i was lying and that she had only seen the cc transaction not cash , and would have to go over her stuff and see if she was over on cash . Now today she said she saw the cash and not cc . All i want is my money on my cc refunded If i could go in person to collect i would but i live in Texas. Jill the manager is literaly is yellig at me telling me to call and dispute the transaction with my bank. I should not have to do that they should just refund my card. Why be rude , i have the right to be upset its alot of money. I just want my money.

We’ve eaten here on and off for a few years because it’s close and cheap. It’s never great, but usually not horrible. This time it was so burnt the cheese is crunchy, and I’m pretty sure they forgot to put any pizza sauce on it because none of us can taste it. I’ll probably stop eating here because their crazy bread has gradually been getting worse with less and less butter and parmesan.
