Called the RT Galleria to ensure my order went through. Gentleman assisting was rude. Then when food arrived some of the breadsticks had been removed along with other items missing from order. I called to ask about this, they said there was nothing they could do. I haven’t bought their pizza in years and now I know I won’t ever order from them again.

They messed my order up. I had ordered a pan crust pizza and they gave me the thinnest crust possible. I’m pretty sure it was on purpose. Pizza is not cheap. I spent $35 for them to make the opposite of what I ordered. And my pizza was like 20 minutes late. Epic fail for these people that work here.

Wait time was long for carry out. Online order promised pick up time 5:40. Showed up and was told 5 minutes. Waited until 6pm, checked with cashier and they said pizza is barely in the oven. Crazy wait. No one wanted to greet us. All the kitchen staff continued staring at customers knowing the cashier had stepped away to grab something in the back or using the bathroom. Please teach all staff to kindly greet customers. The cashier was great, everyone else can use some training.

We had my nephew’s 10th birthday party at Round Table today, and it was such a great experience! Mike, Seth, JP, and Tommy were all fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful with getting all the food out for our group. Tommy even exchanged dollars for quarters so the boys could play games, which absolutely made their day. Their kindness and hospitality made everything run smoothly and helped make the celebration extra special. Highly recommend this location!

They have door dash deliver not employees. So your foods in a random car with who knows what unsanitary conditions. Will not order again. Food arrived cold and open. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. just save your time and throw your money directly into the trash.

Really sad to see the quality of this company dropping. Prices for pizza are way overpriced, almost $35 for a large one topping pizza. Almost no cheese and miminal toppings. I can get a pizza from Dominos or Pizza Hut for less with more cheese and topping. I am willing to pay more for the RT pizza, but it better be loaded for the price. I filed a concern on the RT website, no one contacted me about the concern. So I’m doing it here. Sorry it came to leaving a survey in public forum.

Normally its not a big wait and very good. Tonight I spent 105$ for an hour wait. 5 people that came in after me recieved their food before, the food (i.e: pizza, and wings) were way over cooked. The employees seemed more about joking, play fighting, dancing and messing around then getting orders handled. Horrible service. Definitely will be looking for another pizza spot.

Seth is really kind. He made my daughter and I laugh a few times but over all everyone was really friendly. The food was flavorful and delicious! The ranch is thick and creamy. I was blessed to attend roundtables
Pizza on Sunday and they got a ten in points hot ready pizza at pickup and a kind and professional a manager Mike was so attentive to the needs of our family the place was cozy with a great atmosphere he not only provided excellent service he showed genuine interest in his customers and each time I’m out with family chilling with da homies and I’m there round table in sparks at shopping center opposite of pyramid location I have not visited ,the pizza was so good it reminded me of why round table is truly the last honest pizza I had to come to Reno sparks to get shown by a champion how it’s really done to all my bay area family show Mike some love and respect I’m Bridgett Phelps I salute you and your staff Mike you scored big may God bless you in all your endeavors you now have ninety thousand of my peoples as your people’s be blessed
