If I could give it a zero I would. Low quality food, worse customer service. They just throw the food on the bowl the pico de gallo had so much water , they give you half the spoon for everything. Not worth the money and time.

First time at this chipotle i ordered a bowl I think the black beans were too salty. They put enough of everything and very little protein. I think next time I’ll have to ask for double protein.

I actually just wrote an official review on the Chipotle service, but I just wanted to say Marco is the best, Y’all need to give that man a raise. He was the only one serving customers and clearly a little stressed, but still had a smile on his face.

I actually go to chipotle once a week because of how much I like the food and I’ve never had a situation like that where there was one person serving and clearly a line

Terrible customer service. They let me sit at the window of the drive through for 10 mins without so much as making eye contact. They continued making multiple other orders right there. If you are behind, at least greet the customer to let them know it will be a few minutes. Wish I had just gone inside instead so it would be harder for them to flat out ignore me. Meanwhile there are employees you can see inside just chatting with each other. I could literally see my order sitting there getting cold. Please do better. I will be going to a different location in the future.

My family and I had an extremely uncomfortable experience at this Chipotle.

After paying for our order, the cashier forgot to give us a $2 side of cheese. When my wife politely went back to ask for the item we had already paid for, the employee became rude and accusatory. She refused to give her name and insisted on seeing our food.

She then came to our table and publicly inspected the food we had in front of other customers, essentially taking an inventory of our meal as if we were being accused of stealing. This was humiliating, unnecessary, and completely inappropriate—especially considering the item in question was missing due to an employee mistake.

When I questioned why this was necessary, the employee continued to speak to us disrespectfully. We did nothing wrong and simply asked for something we had already paid for.

This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle. Customers should never be treated this way, especially in a public dining area

Ordered two bowls online. There are many things added to the bowls that were not ordered and unwanted and things that were meant ordered on the bowls that were missing. Drove all the way back to ask them to remake it. Confirmed with the staff that what was written on the label was what was supposed to be in each bowl. Staff looked absolutely flustered and seemed to struggle remaking each. (It was not busy inside and they were pretty straightforward orders). They gave me my remade bowl still incorrect, without a bag, just the container. The container was covered in sour cream. Decided while we were there we might as well go ahead a drink, which we were charged for which was fine, but I really think that the least based on the service we got, that at the least should have been comp’d.

Also the rice was undercooked.

Ordered watermelon limeade with my app order. They didn’t provide at drive through so I went inside. They gave me a cup but they were completely out of all special lemonades. They couldn’t give me a refund, said I had to call the office. Didn’t seem to care. Kitchen was messy, had trash on floor. Not going there again.

I’m usually a fan of Chipotle, but this location has consistently missed the mark. I visited at 9PM and they were completely out of rice, steak, and cheese. While I understand late-night shortages happen, the staff showed zero interest in making another batch. There were a decent amount of customers still coming through too, so I’m not sure why they’re not making more batches. They close at 10PM but act like they close at 9PM. (This is the second time this has happened)

Beyond the food, the restaurant was in a state of disarray. There were large, dirty outdoor umbrellas stacked on the indoor dining chairs where customers are supposed to sit, making the environment feel more like a storage closet than a restaurant. For the price of two bowls, I expect basic ingredients to be available and a clean place to stand.

Went here with my family last night and we have been to this Chipotle a few times in the past. It’s always the same thing. We are out of Guacamole or fajita veggies or this or that. Like I said this has happened multiple times. The tall woman who was working was visibly upset that we were dissatisfied that there wasn’t certain ingredients. She said “we are waiting on our shipment!” And that’s when it hit me, that’s what she said last time. So if you come here past 8pm just know that they are trying to get that place cleaned up so the can get out of there. Some guy rolled in after we did and she gave him his meal for free! I think she just didn’t want to ring him up. I think this is our last time here, next time we will go to the one in Webster on Bay Area, it’s much better and much cleaner.

I went to this location to pick up my food. I have been here many times prior. While i was waiting to order my food the employee had gloves on, and she was touching different surfaces ( counter tops, draws, etc) with her gloves on. and then she used the hands with the same gloves on without any utensils to grab the salad from the serving bowl and put it in my food bowl. I told her that I changed my mind and do not want it anymore:). I do not know why do they not use utensils to hold the food such as salad. It is not hygienic. I will not but food from this store.
