Ordered from the app. Got a message that my pizza was ready. The worker said they didn’t know why I got the message, my order wasn’t ready. I can see my pizza sitting there but not the crazy bread. I asked how long it would be yet. They said the crazy bread was halfway through the oven. When it comes out, it sits awhile, then they box it up and give it to other people. I got a refund and left. My pizza would have been gross by the time more crazy bread came through the oven. I had already waited 20 minutes after the app said my pizza was ready. My husband experienced the same situation there before too.

Friday October 21 at 12pm. We ordered ahead and they forgot part of our order so we went back in. Older lady working front desk was extremely slowwwww, very delayed reactions, horrible customer service and she barely spoke?! She should not have been put up there by whoever thought that was a good idea. It would have been a nice and normal experience if she wouldn’t have been so unpleasant

Food is good. However it seems to be common nowadays to wait 15 minutes for a pizza. Used to be able to get a hot and ready and walk straight out. Now you have to order and wait almost every time. Still good pizza and good service

The pizza isn’t always the greatest but isnt always the worst either. I like my pizza saucy, sometimes they forget, sometimes they don’t. But it’s totally worth it. The parking is a travesty. They have the best sauce, did I mention the free smells!?

Absolutely gross. The lady working in there didn’t seem to be clean. She let another lady that she was talking to come inside around the back of the counter to get her own pizza. And she reached in the middle of the hot case to get her own bread sticks and she had just gotten out of the car with a bunch of dogs. It was super disgusting. Clean up or get out

Absolutely gross! Ordered slices and sticks with pepperoni. Light sauce cooked well done. Simple and easy I thought. Not even close to what i ordered. Loaded with sauce and was under cooked.Terrible!
