This store couldn’t reliably produce decent food if their lives depended on it! I don’t think they even know, or care, what decent food is, let alone good food. Ordered a pretzel crust pizza that was just a plain crust that they buttered and dumped a bunch of salt on. Our 2 topping pizza was supposed to be split, half w/pepperoni & mushrooms, half w/pepperoni & sausage. Well, the poor dears that work there apparently never got the chance to go to school long enough to know what a half means. Mushrooms only made it over just 2 1/2 pieces, while the sausage traveled over the halfway point to cover another piece, too. And let’s not forget the burnt puffs that just topped things off. If I was not feeling well due to allergies, I would have taken everything right back to the store. We have already cut back on ordering from this store because of these types of issues, and now I may be done for a very long time. When the young people working there have time to goof around and talk with each other while producing bad food, something has to change!

I called ahead and ordered just 2 pepperoni pizzas at 4pm on Friday February20, 2026. Was told 20 min. Arrived at store at about 4:20 pm. Paid and checked on my pizzas. Was told there was a delay. Waited about an additional 20 min. Still no pizza. A worker came from the kitchen area and nonchalantly said that they were in the oven. Neither the cashier nor worker displayed any customer service skills at all. The only thing they got right was refunding my money.
Also, at least 2 other patrons had problems with their orders during my wait. Both were older patrons. As I am an older patron myself, this seems to be a recurring issue at this location. Avoid ordering at this store.

I have to say every other experience I’ve had here was not a positive or happy one. However today I was pleasantly surprised by Jacob whom I believe is the manager. Had an issue with my pizza and had it taken care of quickly and efficiently. He was polite and helpful a refreshing change from the usual employees.

Placed an online order arrived 30min later to pick it up but it wasn’t ready so I waited for 45 min to an hour I could have made homemade pizza in that time! Think I’ll stick to Papa John’s and Pizza Hut from now on.

4:45pm on a Wednesday and literally not one grab and go in any of the lockers. Four people waiting in lobby, no one was greeted. I didn’t get anything and spent nothing. Either order ahead or call five star.

I am a doordasher I was there today to pick up an order it was supposed to be ready at 7:09 p.m. did not receive it until 7:40 p.m. almost over a 30-minute wait for two pizzas in an order of puffs that is ridiculous it is a doordash order supposed to be ready at 7:10

So, I would give it more like a 3.5 or 3.75 if I could so I rounded up. The food was good. The wait time however….not so much. We ordered on the app, which said it would be done in 15 minutes. We got there and it still wasn’t ready. We waited another 25 minutes past the time it estimated. I know it’s not always the employees fault but it really wasn’t too busy. Overall it was good. However, I recommend planning for it to take longer than expected.

I have been visiting the same location since I was a kid. As always, the pizza has been nothing short of excellent. The proportion of sauce to cheese is always on point, never a dry bite. The employees are very kind and work super hard. I would rather eat here for pizza than anywhere else that surrounds Sturgis, Howe, LaGrange. My family and I will continue to do business with them above anywhere else.
