Hot and Ready isn’t a thing at this location. I placed my order for a Hot & Ready item, paid, and then asked if I wanted to know the wait was? I didn’t think there was a wait, after all it’s supposed to Hot & Ready. I was told an hour or more, so I got a refund and a pizza place I won’t visit again.

My husband and daughter brought home the worst looking pizza from Little Caesars in paw paw MI. Ordered online, was not what we exactly ordered. The stuffed crust cheese was not even melted just rubber and overcooked pizza. Pizza was so thin. Disgusting.

How are you gonna put pineapple and pepperoni on one side and then do ham and forget mushrooms on the other side. Not to mention, they didn’t even bother to season the breadsticks. I ordered two crazy bread and two of the Pizza Puff the cheesesteak and the pepperoni and I ate the cheese steak. It was good. I put the rest in the fridge and went to bed because I’m a third shifter. I tend to stay up all night and sleep during the day so I just got up. I went to go eat the crazy bread. I did not get crazy bread. What I received was plain bread with nothing on it. I will definitely be getting a hold of Little Caesars and either be demanding my money back or my order made in its entirety because this is ridiculous. I paid for crazy bread, not plain bread and I will hold the employee accountable this is not the first time I have had problems with this location and I guarantee you this will be the last time because I will no longer be utilizing this location. Last time they tried to get away with not giving me my entire order. It’s a good thing. I checked maybe from now on people need to start looking and checking to make sure their food is made correctly and that you know parmesan garlic butter is put on bread that pepperoni is put on pizza. You know that people are actually doing what they get paid to do and make orders for people because as it stands you people are just doing nothing but stand around and mess up people’s orders

Food taste like it sitting around for hours. Called the store and was hung up on after the employee was advised that she did not need to be rude. Called back more than 3 times with no answer. Everyone has it hard and hates their jobs lately. But your customers are the reason you have a job……might wanna remember that.

We’ve gotten pizza here many times and it was fine, but this time was outrageously terrible. Our crazy bread was very undercooked, barely cut and all clumped together. ALL 3 ORDERS. Tried the cheese stuffed for the first time and they were pitiful, looked nothing as advertised. Our pizza is of course undercooked as well. Extremely disappointed in this experience.

$7 isn’t a good deal when they don’t use enough dough. Very inconsistent as far as thickness of pizza. Sometimes the crust isn’t even thick enough to hold the cheese when lifting a slice and it just falls apart. Luckily Papa John’s is just as close for me, only costs $2 more a pizza and isn’t paper thin most of the time.

I ordered a old world fanceroni pepperoni pizza. When I picked it up it didn’t let out k right so I asked the employee for f this was the old wotld pepperoni and he said yes. I asked him to check with the people making the pizzas and when he came back he said “We are out of the old world pepperoni so we just used regular pepperoni instead. All I got was a “Sorry” for paying for one thing and getting something different. Photos are of a old world fancironi pepperoni pizza and then of what I got. Totally different.

You don’t even need a description to know what sucked about my order. It looked nasty, tasted nasty and was nasty all together. How is this store still open. Most of the managers have a horrible attitude. Everyone that orders waits 30-45 minutes at a minimum to get there order. Some are crazy enough to wait an hour plus. Please for the love of everyone shut this store down.
