I tried to call but it just rang. So I unfortunately have to do this. Went through drive-thru yesterday, ordered a coke and the mix was off, told you about it and it was “remade”. It was exactly the same. I returned it for a refund. Went back today, same thing. Your mixture IS off! Fix it please!

Food is always wrong. They run out of route 44 cups on the regular. Food is cold. Shakes come out of kitchen already completely melted and soupy. Just a bunch of under 20 year old employees running around like they don’t know what they are doing.

Food was not prepared the we ordered it and it was of poor quality. The staff was unprofessional and didn’t follow even the simplest cleanliness standards a restaurant should. The staff was completely untrained in my opinion as the couldn’t take an order properly, they didn’t follow proper sanitation standards and they couldn’t even figure out how to make change ( unless they were trying to cheat me out of change ) . All in all it was a bad experience and I don’t plan to go back.

It’s Sonic. What else is their to say? You can’t really rate this. They’re a machine. Most the time when I press F17 it vends what I’ve chosen. I give 3 stars purely for the staff that must endure serving the poor quality food and humans, enmasse.
