Not the best experience were from out of state visiting and the lady whom took out order for us didn’t complete the order into their system having us wait nearly 30-40 min just to get our order placed.
The atmosphere needs to be updated with new technology for customers to place their orders accordingly.

If I could give no stars I WOULD! My kids wanted to go to sonic to get a blue juice (ocean water). We get there and I order a creamy mustard wrap… they’re out. Then I order a hickory burger… they’re out. Then I order the kids ocean waters….. they come out to the vehicle they’re out!!!! Then to add insult to injury my kids don’t even get a toy in their wacky pack meals. They got a coupon. What in the world are my pre k age children going to do with a coupon???? Surprised this location is still open

Wow I just found out that one of my one and only favorite car hoopers was let go today, not because she is a bad worker but simply because she made a small mistake! I will never go there again because she is the only one who ACTUALLY gets orders right and actually puts sauces in the bag!!! Also I asked for a small onion ring and this is what I received. Although I knew better then to not go when Taylor wasn’t there but I did! So Don’t ask for onion rings after 5pm because they clearly dont like to cook them. This is just pure laziness. When people order food they expect to get what they order! And you lost one of your greatest workers!! Good job sonic!

They never keep anything in stock and they told me they didn’t have toffee anymore and so I ordered a cold brew and they put toffee in my cold brew it’s disgusting they didn’t give me anything with my pretzel do not recommend

Wish i could remove my tip, place was swarming with flies, order taker struggled with the order, when we got it the BLT had no bacon, the new smashburger i ordered was actually just a normal double cheeseburger but only had onions and pickles, and they gave us no condiments in the bag. Yikes.

I tried to call but it just rang. So I unfortunately have to do this. Went through drive-thru yesterday, ordered a coke and the mix was off, told you about it and it was “remade”. It was exactly the same. I returned it for a refund. Went back today, same thing. Your mixture IS off! Fix it please!

I stopped here this morning for a bacon egg and cheese breakfast burrito. And it has to be the smallest burrito ever. If I would have opened this while I was still sitting in their parking lot, I would have returned it. But I had already driven away. I think the picture says it all. Definitely not at all worth the amount of money for it. They used to be bigger than four bites worth.

Poorly Managed Sonic. If you dont have time to spend atleast 20 minutes for one drink don’t bother stopping here. Went thru the drive, took 5 minutes at the speaker just for them to ask for my order, another 13 minutes just to get to the window-there was only 1 car in front of me and about 4 on the lot. Get to the window & finally get a chance to peak inside and see what’s going on. The store is a complete mess, Manager is in the corner texting not paying attention, I was alittle grossed out-there seemed to be every container of candy-even the fudge wide open and a bottle of degreaser Without a top sitting right next to them. Candy all over the floor, icecream covering all the machines, sink overflowing with dirty dishes. I sat 7 more minutes to finally get greeted at the window and handed my drink which was sticky with something other then the drink I’d ordered.
