If I could do 0 stars I would. This was terrible. I used the online order system for the pizza portal and this is how I received it, it was also burnt, and cold. NEVER AGAIN. I will drive to middleville next time.

We LOVE Little Ceasars in Hastings. They are always polite, and have our pizza ready in a timely matter! It’s our go to every Friday night! The only complaint I would have is the parking can be a bit overwhelming on busy days as the parking lot is a bit on the smaller side! But it does t affect the great tasting pizza and bread sticks!

Just visited after placing a take out order. When I arrived at the time they suggested they took my money and a minute later they told me they didn’t make my pizza the pretzel crust I ordered and I would need to wait 10 minutes for a new one. When I c back 10 minutes later they were selling the pizza they messed up for a discounted price to another customer. I would think they would have offered me a discount instead of them for the inconvenience.

Every time we order from this location, the pizza is flat, soggy, and if delivered, it’s ALWAYS cold. As a franchisee I can’t believe this pizza gets out the door like this. However, it’s above par for Hastings pizza, so they get one more star. The proofing on this dough is off. That’s why it’s flat.
