I’m so tired of trying to order from this place, they don’t accept online orders I’ve been waiting over an hour just to have to call and be told they haven’t even started the order yet and that’s after they actually picked up. The time before this my husband tried calling for 10 minutes and it just get kept giving him the busy signal, when he goes there to just order in person they had the phone off the hook so calls couldn’t come in. Please tell me how this place is still running? Cooperate might want to take some time and look into this place

I went in and got my Italian cheese bread and it was so burnt I couldn’t even eat it, there was very little cheese and the cheese that was on it was so burnt it hurt to chew, I usually wouldn’t complain but I go here often and the last few times I’ve been here my food has been burnt, I will not be returning for a while to say the least!

This has got to be the slowest little Caesars on the planet. My son and I ordered over the phone when we were over 20 minutes away we got here had time to get fuel and drinks and they still didn’t have the pizzas done. We have now been sitting in the parking lot, waiting for them for an additional 20 minutes. How is this place even in business with this slow of service?

Terrible food the last couple of times I went here. It’s always multiple issues each time. I just don’t understand how hard it is to take orders and make some pizza. Not recommended at all. Someone needs to have a talk with the owners. Maybe they should sell.

Ordered two different breads cheese & sticks. Both were cooked to perfection The employee that waited on us provided exceptional customer service!! He was very pleasant & friendly I look forward to revisiting. Worth the five hour drive up.

You know what to expect when going to little Caesars, it’s the fast food of pizza. This location had plenty of hot and ready pizzas available during dinner time. The employee greeted me and waited patiently while I decided what to order. The whole transaction went smooth, the worker had a good attitude and the overall experience was above expectations.

Not many options the time we went (around 1140am), no hot and ready normals at all had to get stuffed crust or wait. Breadsticks were nice, hot and fresh. Staff very kind and friendly.

they do not know how to make a deep dish pizza whatsoever. about a month ago or so they messed up my deep dish pizza so bad, literally it flipped over in the box and the manager of the store told the kid working there to “humpty dumpty my pizza back together” and didn’t say anything to us and just let us drive 25 mins home instead of owning up to their mistake and fixing the mistake. i tried calling them back once i seen my pizza multiple times and they dodged my phone calls. but when i called from a different phone they answered right away hmmm i wonder what that’s all about. well the next time we went to go get a deep dish the manager working there at the time… a woman… she said that WE had to tell them exactly how to make the pizza. like with the grate or without the grate or whatever. why should i have to tell YOU how to make a pizza at the store YOU work at… kinda weird if you ask me. the customer service there from the older adults that work there is terrible. worst attitudes i’ve ever seen. no wonder they can’t keep workers there…. well fast forward to yesterday i’m picking up a hot and ready and they’re on the phone with someone who got a messed up deep dish pizza. maybe you should take off your menu buddy ole pal if you can’t make it without it turning into a disaster. and they way they will do anything to hide their mistakes instead of just being a good honest person and correcting it for them before they take their pizza all the way home. you would never catch this type of service at mcdonald’s that’s all i’m saying
