Every time I come to this location there is no food ready, they will tell me a time and I end up waiting 30 minutes over what they tell me. Today I was waiting for a crazy bread, waited 45 minutes and watched 3 people come in after me and order crazy bread and walk right out with it. I also stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before someone so much as acknowledged me, it took another customer coming in before they would help me. I also doordash, and I will get to the store to pick up my order and wait 30-40 minutes for an item in my order, and end up delivering my order late because I spent so much time waiting for their order to be done, which greatly impacts my pay as well. There seems to be a lot of workers here, but maybe they don’t have enough staff to keep up with all the orders they are getting.

Worst experience I have ever had. Was so upset. Was taking food 30 min away. Was first one there and 3 of us ordered the same hot and ready with breadsticks. Yet I was last one to leave after 4 people and had raw breadsticks. No one pays attention here.

Management has no idea how to handle thier employees. A man walked in and paid in cash asked politely for a receipt and the man behind the counter, said no, we don’t give out receipts. The other man stated since when do you not give out receipts I would like to know how much money I am getting back please. And them said may I talk to your manager. The man looks at him giving him the meanest look and says how about you say please. He gets the manager and the two men in the back were saying come on let’s take this outside. After the man got what he ordered as he was walking about all the little caesars employees are yelling rude things to him. Then he walks back in and states I will be calling corporate and this long hair man that keeps running his mouth laughs and says yeah buddy this isn’t the 1st time we have heard that. Hahaha good luck.

I’ve received more than a few pizzas that I had to cut myself & they forgotten the tamper seals on a delivery order, the one & only time i tried delivery. The pizza is average, but that’s not limited to this specific location, just on how they are made universally. Overall, it’s okay, but the little things get annoying over time.

The drive thru sensor doesn’t work. I waited a few minutes and didn’t get waited on. There was a sign stating it might not work. So I had to go inside. I had my grandson so I needed to unbuckle him first so I could take him inside with me. I wish the drive thru would get fixed.

Ordered my cheese bread online 40 minutes in advance at 7pm got there at 7:30pm. I checked online and it said no one even started it till 7:34. I went in at 7:40 and they said they just sold my order to someone else 4 minutes BEFORE my pickup. I had to wait another 10 minutes (50min total ) for a cheese bread.

Never really had a bad experience here, but tonight with my pick up order I did. They didn’t put it in the portal so I had to go to the counter, that was no problem. But then the night manager, I’m guessing he is, comes and takes my order off the screen so the girl can’t look at it any more and says I only have one sauce with it. I corrected them and said I had butter garlic sauce also. I looked at the receipt on my phone and said I should have another crazy sauce and the manager said it doesn’t come with the crazy bread, only the stuffed crazy bread since I got both of them. I showed him my receipt and he just threw my sauce on top of the other. No one said anything after I corrected them, I said thank you to both the young girl and the manager and did not receive a “you’re welcome” or anything. I was polite the entire time and even apologize for not getting my second sauce. May be petty but you shouldn’t be rude in customer service when your customer is being nice.

They need to pay attention to who is where in the store. I know there were at least three people in the store because we could hear them talking. Was in the lobby for over five minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. However when some one came to the drive thru they were right on it. Then the girl who took the order messed up the order. I was the only one in the store with my son. There was no rush it was just a few minutes after 11.
