This place uses a delivery service with a 1.8 rating and I see why the rating is so low. Thay cannot pu my Apartment number in online and when I call for delivery I am told they can only deliver through doordash who has no Idea how to manage delivery addresses…which is pretty simple for most delivery corps. So If a company cannot deliver their product to me because of the services used for delivery and the so called manager say thay have no control over deliveries that is a sorry excuse for a food industry. I an sorry your standards have dropped so poorly. Good luck staying in business.

I ordered pizza for delivery, it was delivered 45 minutes after the app said it would arrive. It was cold and I thought I ordered hot pizza for Little Caesars. I called Little Caesars and told them my pizza was cold, they informed me that was on door dash not them. I beg to differ…I ordered from Little Caesars thru their app, not door dash. They charged me the delivery fee, not door dash. They are responsible for their getting to where it’s going according to the time it is quoted on the app!

Wow has the quality at the Durand little Caesar gone down! I ordered online for a pickup, when I arrived my food wasn’t in their pizza portal. No big deal as it was ready within a few minutes. So as soon as they put it in the back, I pulled it out the front and was on my way. By time I got home my food was cold and look as if it sat on the counter for 10 minutes won’t be wasting my money there again. I managed in that very store for 7 yrs and we would of never sent out food as fresh looking like what brought home. Guess corporate store doesn’t mean quality.

Tried to order online but it wouldn’t work and app wouldn’t work either called store was put on hold for 5 minutes then made order and told them we wanted delivery and they told us we had to use the app to order delivery even though we were talking to her on the phone and told her the app didn’t work. So we called Hungry Howies and will from now on. Makes absolutely no sense to me!

Workers don’t understand how to do there jobs. I hadn’t been here in a few months because the messed up my order and then overcharged me $12. We tried to explain it at the time of pick up but for nowhere so I had to go back the next day and talk to the manager. Finally gave them another chance. The order was wrong and one of the pizzas was completely stuck to the top of the box so we had bread. I called and spoke to the manager and they said they would give us a credit. I called to get the credit and was told since a certain workers should have done the order right that they were not going to honor the credit. So being a customer means nothing to this establishment. Pass the word. Customers are wrong to these people and they can mess your order up and it’s your own fault. I will not be back and will make sure everyone I know hears about how lil Caesars runs their business.
