Ordered a deluxe supreme and crazy bread, the breadsticks looked like they’d been run over and the pizza was so raw the cheese and toppings peeled off when I picked the slice up- to reveal literal raw dough underneath. It was cooked just enough to brown the outer crust and melt the cheese. The vegetables are somehow uncooked and also mush. Used to be a decent place, clearly has seen better days and employees.
Young man at the counter was of kind demeanor, and that was the only pleasant thing about the experience. The fact that they got rid of the drive thru speaker and installed in store pick up warmers is a blatant representation of the face that they don’t want your business and the faculty couldn’t be bothered to do their job correctly.

I ordered my pizza online to pick up in drive thru. After getting there and sitting in the drive thru for 30 plus minutes, I’m told that my order is the next in the oven(15 min after the app said my food would be done). Then I get home to find I didn’t even get what i ordered(missing toppings) and the puffs were horrible prepared. And to make matters worse, I get a notification 20 after I arrived home saying that my order is ready for pickup. So hopefully whoever got my pizza is satisfied. Will not be going to this location again. Perry Street will get our business from now on if we decide to even give Little Caesars another shot.

DO NOT GET PIZZA FROM HERE!!! My dad and I waited for 30 mins just for breadsticks, then when we finally got and once we got home they weren’t even cooked through still doughy every single one . FYI they wasn’t even busy. The employees there do not do there jobs and if they do they’re so lazy about it. Pizza express down the street will never let you down

Called ahead after work at 6:41pm 2 pizza crazy bread and wings. 25 min later i get there and it isn’t even out. About 15 min later it comes out missing an ingredient on the bread and the old dude gave me an attitude about it. I get a Pepsi and it says it expired in July of this year. Is there anybody taking Inventory here?

If I could give a zero I would… worst experience ever I keep giving them a chance because I work such long shifts and it’s so close to the house but I just go to hungry Howies at this point… guy was spitting everywhere when he talked (I know it’s in the food) smells like weed everyone’s high my orders always wrong and I always need to wait an hour at the least for mobile orders that say they’re already done the orders never right this location just needs to close at this point because they obviously can’t do anything right. Foods always raw the staff wants to argue with you my guy I just want my food and go to bed maybe if it was made how I requested the first time and actually cooked I wouldn’t be upset but I’ve waited for 2 and a half hours for my food until I just give up and take the loss and don’t eat because who’s eating raw pizza!?! Be better!! it’s not that hard I’ve worked fast food!

It’s always something with this place. Pulled up tonight to grab a hot and ready after a long day of work. They had a sign on both the drive through window and main door saying it was pick up only. There’s no such thing as a hot and ready here. Even when they aren’t doing the oddest things, the pizza is soggy and just not good. It’s just so close to home I kept coming back every now and again. But I feel like employees just make up their own rules and do whatever they want. Probably the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Avoid at all cost.

I have always defended Little Caesars especially this location as I’ve been going to this one since I was a kid believe it or not. Well, last night I learned that you absolutely can’t order delivery from this place and get a food meal. I ordered my food maybe around 7:45pm and was quoted a delivery time using door dash delivery for 8:30pm. I live about 2 miles from location. I order a large deep dish with old world pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, onion and mushroom(on half), and a order of the Italian cheese pizza puffs. Sounds simple right? Well after 25 minutes I get a text from a door dash driver stating: “Sorry people at that store absolutely horrible. They haven’t even started your order yet. I’m going to cancel, but I’ll wait a few minutes so the next Dasher doesn’t have to sit there for 20 minutes and end up canceling on you as well”.
Okay moving forward to not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 dashers later and one finally waited for my order(15 minutes). I finally get my order at 9:07pm. It was warmish. It was also incorrect despite the ticket being in the boxes saying exactly what it was supposed to be. My pizza has both types of pepperoni, Italian sausage, onions, NO mushrooms and ham on one side, and barely ANY sauce at all like AT ALL! The pizza cups had pepperoni even though I ordered cheese, and they were burnt, dry, and no sauce even with it! I wasted $35. Threw the pizza cups out. These can’t be the same things everyone is raving on and on about because it was truly disgusting!!!! The pizza I had to add my own sauce jar to make it not dry and have some type of flavor. Extremely disappointed in this delivery order and I can honestly say I don’t think I want to even try again! I took pics but didn’t see where to add them. If I find out how, I surely will upload them.

It’s so dirty. Everything was either extremely burnt or old. It’s obvious they are in the process of hiring and needing excessive help from either corporate or their franchisee owner. The manager and new employee were so nice and I was very patient and nice but their district manager or owner needs to step in and do their part and help this location severely. Besides the new employee being covered in food and having his whole finger in the cream cheese I asked for, we got food poisoning. Just don’t go here.

I walked in and ordered my food at 7:25p. I ordered one deep dish pizza and a crazy bread. I was told 12 min wait and when I went back in after 12min all the lights were off and the door was locked. After knocking on the window because they are see through and getting no acknowledgment I walked over to the drive through where I was told she was being it out. I spent 40min sitting in my car waiting for a pizza just for it to come out looking like this. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Consistently terrible. Not a single employee knows what they are doing, and are never sober. Your order WILL BE WRONG, and their attempt at fixing your order WILL ALSO BE WRONG, while you wait 2 hours for a single pizza. It’s honestly impressive how bad this location is.
