This review has nothing to do with the food, foods great. The customer service and employees on the other hand are awful. You can’t even call to order because majority of the time they have the phones unplugged and if you do happen to get through their unnecessary rude. Whenever you dine in, they always have an attitude and just sit around on their phones not doing their job at all. You have to refill your own drinks etc. The only way I would recommend this restaurant is if they had new employees. Everyone that works there should not have a job in customer service.

Great place for lunch. Tasty food and good service. We arrived a little before the lunch crowd came in but were served fairly quickly. The prices are reasonable. It looked like if you call ahead your food could be ready and waiting for you.

I travel for work and try to find good authentic mexican food. This place is amazing. The chips and salsa and burrito were great. Nice to find a burrito you can actually pick up and eat. One of the best ive ate at so far.

This rating has nothing to do with their food. This is more of a service complaint. I called this evening at 8:30 to place my order. The person on the other end was a little snappy sounding while asking if I could hold please so I said yes. I was on hold for 6 minutes before having to end the call. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I know they close at 9 but you should still be taking orders if any come in well in advance. Like the food but sometimes the service is not up to par.

This last few months very poor customer service but today was horrible. Stayed in drive thru at the window 15 minutes before the young guy even came to the window to take my order. They had the phones off the hook for almost an hr to avoid orders. I asked was the manager in because she would not allow what I experienced today they said no. Eating behind the register, once I received my order no drink called then told me I needed to come back to get instead of just take my name down for another day. We order there multiple times a week since they first opened here and here lately I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.
